The Abyss was a mess of Koboh Matter and ship debris. "Is this how it looked when you did this?"
Dagan inspects their surroundings. "I don't remember there being quite this much debris, but otherwise, yes." With the Abyss Compass, and Vader's expert flying skills, they managed to safely cross the Abyss and find "Tanalorr." Dagan says the name with awe in his voice. And Vader cannot blame him. Seeing the planet, it was beautiful. But, as they got closer to it, Vader began to feel different. Landing and setting foot on the planet made him realize.
'This place is strong in the Light Side. I can barely feel the Dark Side at all. I feel... peaceful.' And that much was true. The Dark Side of the Force was nonexistent on Tanalorr, bar Vader and Dagan's presence. The very aura of the planet seemed to radiate calm and tranquility. 'This place is... perfect.' Vader sits down on one of the white stones that litter his surroundings and closes his eyes, connecting with the Light Side for the first time in a very long time. The feeling was very nostalgic. His mind could not help but wander to the possibilities. 'If Tanalorr is cut off from the Dark Side, how would the Nightsisters magick be affected here?' In such a state of calm, his mind wandered to Talzin, and he remembers what he told Dagan mere minutes ago. 'Perhaps, I have a chance at a true life. Why waste it?'

After his epiphany, and setting up the Killiks on the planet to begin construction, he headed to Dathomir, both to send some Nightsisters to Tanalorr for experimentation, as well as a few other things, the most important of them being to add the Abyss Compass as an essential part of Imperial Star Destroyers and transport ships. On his way there, Vader was in deep meditation, focusing his connection with the Dark Side. While connecting with the Light Side on Tanalorr was refreshing, he much preferred the agressive and active nature of the Dark Side over the Light's much more passive one. It was more his style.

He lands on Dathomir and makes his way to Talzin's home. Entering the room where he sensed her, he opens the door to see an... interesting sight. Talzin, bare all bar a towel that left little to the imagination. He turns away rapidly, summing some semblance of dignity. "My apologies Talzin, I did not realise you were... indisposed."
"It is fine. I was merely finishing up." He hears some swirling, and a green glow is reflected off the wall in front of him, signaling Talzin using her magick. "Turn around." Turning, Vader is relieved to see Talzin in her traditional robe. "What is it you are here for, my Lord?"
Vader is surprised by the formality. "Simply Vader is fine. I came to ask if I could send some Nightsisters to Tanalorr. It is a planet seemingly cut off from the Dark Side entirely. I wondered how your magick would be affected by such conditions."
Talzin appears in thought. "The Nightsisters have always traded the fine line between light and dark. Being cut off from one could lead to very interesting results. Very well. I will send for some soon."
Vader nods, grateful. "Thank you." He thinks back to his emotional breakthrough on Tanalorr. "And, I was wondering something else." He grows admittedly nervous. "We have known one another for some time now, and," he looks out a nearby window to see the people prospering, children playing, and new Inquisitors going about their duties "this Empire has grown strong. And I have you to thank for that. You have been the foundation of this Empire since the beginning. And you are a selfless leader. So, I was wondering if you would like to engage in more... romantic relations?" Looking at Talzin, he didn't know what he expected.  A wide smile was not one of them.
"I was wondering when you would ask."
