"Phone?"

"Huh," Manan said, in shock, and Mayank wacked him, making him yelp in pain and rub the back of his head. Jayesh tilted as Arush had already handed him his phone.

"Kyun?" Manan asked, and Arush stared at him, stunned. Is mani bhai insane or what? Why in the world was he riling up Hitler to-the-brink.? WHY?

"Mani, get in your senses. Baba phone mang rahe hai de do. We're already in, so don't dig any deeper for us." Arush whispered in his ear, pulling him off from his collar. And Manan scowled at him and swiftly handed over the phone.

"Woh aapse nahi mein bhaiyu ko-" Manan said, defending, but Jayesh gave him a bored look and hurriedly took his phone. Jayesh didn't want any of them to feel bad for the wrong reasons; rather, he would make them seem blameworthy for very good reasons.

The news channel was flooded with Mayank's comment and Arush's drinking photo being leaked out by an unknown source, and there was plenty of criticism on Jayesh's character and his upbringing values. Basically ripping off his character.

The wedding icing on the cake is that they are all married and have kept it a secret for goldy reasons. Wow, they're all married and Jayesh has nothing to do with it. Wow, freaking wow!

"If you all are done planning? Yaa tum logo ko aur time chahiye? No, I don't mind waiting another thirty minutes as you continue to plan." Jayesh said, and Manan swallowed the lump inside his throat as Jayesh was this close to him. Jayesh was an intimidating man. Not always.

Jayesh appeared frighteningly scary at times when Manan realised he had made a mistake. And he was never scary. Not to them atleast.

"Planning? Mein toh yahan office ka pending kaam karne aaya tha bhaiya, like always, and study is for that right." Mayak said, looking everywhere but at Jayesh. Everyone looked at him with surprise and amusement.

"From when?" If it had been another day, Manan and Arush would have stretched Mayank's overdone nonsense like a rubberband and busted out guffaw's but now they didn't risk trying to rile Adolf.

"Don't worry, I'll quietly do my work. I'll not disturb your lecture." Mayank said, as he plopped down on the couch in front of him.

"Get out of here, Mayank." Mayank simply ignored Jayesh's order and began flipping through the documents. Jayesh was stunned by the audacity. He kept staring at him till Mayank noticed him.

"Bhaiya, you can't. Aapne hee bola tha na to work in the study not in the room. So abb aapki hee aagya ka palan kar raha hun, uss, mein bhi aapko aa-pati ho rahi hai, Ramji."

Jayesh groaned in frustation. He could not send him out. His brother was actually playing smart. A pretty-smart. And Ramji? What is this now? He prayed for patience. He would have stormed out of there irritated if it hadn't been after years of dealing with Mayank. He tried to calm himself down, not wanting to inflict more punishment on both boys than they deserved.

Manan and Arush give a double thumbs up from behind Jayesh's back, and he blinks back.

Manan and Arush quietly stood infront of Jayesh's table, wildely clawing (nochana) each other's hands under the table while maintaining a plaster grin on face. Mayank was enjoying the Tom-&-Jerry-Adani' show. ;)

Mayank's phone beeped with a message, which he was going to dismiss until he saw the name flashing on the screen, "Arush and the drink pictures," and looked at Jayesh's eyes, who baffled him into his boring ones, but then he eyed all was OK.

"Bhaiyu-" Manan about to pull him.

But, He quickly left from there. He couldn't stand the guilt of being a complete idiot. Tears started coming from his eyes, and that was enough for the whole city to submerge. He could have handled the situation much better, and the mere thought was killing him within.
