"Miss West I just wanted to inform you the termination letter has been drafted and is in your inbox awaiting your approval," Tiana heard her secretary voice over the intercom.

Without saying a word Tiana closed the app she was browsing through on her desktop and promptly opened the email which read Simon's Termination.

As Tiana's eyes glanced over the words of the letter she felt it was lacking something, her fingers flew over the raised keys of the keyboard. She painted a precise picture of Simon's incompetence, inconsideration for his fellow workers, and disrespect for his client and his boss. It also stated that his consistent call-outs violated the casual leave in his contract thus leading to him being fired.

When Tiana was satisfied she saved the current draft printed two copies and affixed her signature on them. When she was through she buzzed her secretary to her office and instructed her to place a copy on Simon's file and keep the other to give to him.

Her 9 o'clock meeting with Simon was already two days overdue. The bastard M.I. A increased her growing agitation and Tiana slammed her fist down on her desk as she hungered to unleash her wrath on him and end it with the satisfaction of sacking him.

However, seeing that Simon's absence put her other trainers in a crunch and cost her money in over time did not help to improve her mood, and adding fuel to the fire no one has responded to the ad place.

With a quick page to Kessa, she reached for the intercom phone pressed the button to her secretary's extension, and informed bluntly.

"I'm going out. Kessa will take care of that day's itinerary."

Tiana not waiting for a reply quickly walked out of her office towards the elevator which was already waiting for her with open doors, after pressing the ground floor button she tapped her feet impatiently as the empty car carried her to the lobby.

When the elevator doors dinged open Tiana quickly walked out and headed for the front doors of her gym her eyes taking in the image and bold graphics which were stenciled outside on the gold handle double glass door.

Tiana had made it halfway across the lobby before she heard her name being called when she looked over her shoulder she saw her secretary Rachel trying to catch up with her.

Tiana who never slowed her pace only held up her hand which stopped Rachel in her tracks. It was a gesture Rachel had seen many times it meant 'Do not bother me.'

Rachel quickly turned and walked back towards the elevator which would take her back to her office. She learned never to press Tiana West who was as deadly as a stick of dynamite when in her mood.

As Tiana pushed the doors open and walked outside the warm summer breeze softly blow across her face the smooth outline of her light brown face and gently sent whips of her loose hair brushing against her cheek. It was a nice change from the air-conditioned interior of the gym.

Tiana headed from the gym walking at a brisk pace down the busy sidewalk walking past a fruit stall, a floral shop, and a clothing store. A few shops more Tiana turned the corner and saw the familiar Starbucks sign, her favorite coffee shop.

Everyone who knows her knew that when she came through these doors she wanted her favorite thing she needed to relax and clear her head she wanted coffee and peace.

I'm just gonna grab a Caramel Macchiato and sit outside and relax, she thought as she reached out and grabbed the handle to the root door and walked into Starbucks.

The caramel macchiato is probably one of the most popular Starbucks coffee drinks. Whether it is hot or iced, this is the go-to option if you want something espresso-forward yet sweet. The beverage build is unique since the espresso is on top of the beverage instead of the usual where it comes first. The drink begins with vanilla syrup, milk, espresso, and a drizzle of caramel sauce to finish the drink.
