Tiana had spent the past few hours scrolling through her Instagram feed mostly staring at images that were a blur. She had long since given up on making sense of what the posts were about. The actions were automatic and mostly guided by the alcohol the puppeteer her actions.

She had long since forgotten about her surroundings or even realize that her office was a dark haven lighted only by her computer screen. As the night stretched on she wasn't feeling any better about the situation that had dragged her down in the slough of despondency but she was glad the bitter voice in her head was numbed.

She stifled a yawn as she felt the heaviness of her eyelids, within seconds she had drifted into the oblivion that came with the temporary solace of drunkenness.

"Hey Tiana I have finished with...."

The words died on Kessa's lips as she opened the door and walked into Tiana's office and saw Tiana passed out in her chair behind her desk and snoring softly.

"Shit T," she sighed as she stared at the almost empty bottle of Patrone and glass on the desk.

It has been a while since Kessa had seen Tiana like this and she sighed. Kessa quietly walked across the dimly lit office to Tiana's desk and looked at her as she slept.

"Girl your gonna regret doing this. You always do" Kessa said softly as she looked down at the woman who over the years of working with her has come to mean quite a lot to her.

With another sigh, she took the bottle of Patrone and glass and put it back in the bottom drawer of Tiana's desk.

She reached down to push the thick curls that fell across the soft cheeks of the sleeping woman and partially obscured her attractive features that in sleep took on a child-like appearance but pulled her hand away and gently touch her shoulder instead.

"Come on girl," Kessa said gently rubbing her shoulder to wake her. Tiana moved slightly but didn't wake up.

"Tiana honey wake up let's get you to bed," Kessa said again pushing on her shoulder a little firmer.

Tiana's eyes opened slightly looking up at Kessa and mumbling something she couldn't make out.

"Come on girl we don't need anyone seeing you like this let's get you upstairs and into bed," Kessa said pulling on Tiana's shoulder to get her out of the chair.

"Noooo I don't wanna go," Tiana slurred as she tried to pull away.

"Tiana you have to, come on let's get you up," Kessa said firmly sliding her hand around Tiana and lifting her from the chair.

"Fiiineeee!" Tiana whined.

In her drunken state trying to stand sent Tiana stumbling against her desk. Kessa quickly caught her placing her hand around her waist and putting one of Tiana's arms around her shoulders to balance her against her body.

Kessa tried to ignore the scent of coconut mixed with the light floral scent that clung to her. The feel of a full breast pressing into her side did not help to lessen her awareness of the woman in her arms.

"Let's go girl one foot in front of the other," Kessa said pushing her mind from where it strayed to guiding Tiana towards the door.

"But mom I don't wanna go I wanna stay home today," Tiana grumbled very much out of it.

Kessa shook her head rolling her eyes as she opened the door and practically dragged Tiana to the elevator. She had to get her up to her suite before the security guard came for his nightly round.

She did not want anyone getting wind of Tiana's state. There were staff and clients at the gym having scheduled night sessions and she would hate for this to cause a major problem for Tiana if they should get wind of it.
