The only people that can understand the feeling of a broken heart are the people who have had their hearts broken and repaired.
Although; in my opinion; it takes a long time to fall in love, a heart is hard to break, and can never be truely repaired.
All of these teenage girls these days run around talking about how 'they are so in love with him' or how 'he broke her heart and she'll never be able to love again', and honestly that's so false it's laughable.
Don't get me wrong, I am a teenage girl, and I guess it could feel like that sometimes. I've never had my heart broken, so I don't truely know what it feels like either. No clue.
But I have never used those excuses practically every other teenage girl uses in my life.
And yes, I did call them excuses. Why wouldn't you call them what they are?
I don't even think it's possible for girls at my age to have their heart truley broken. For real, let's be serious for a second.
Having you're heart truley broken is losing a mom, a dad, a brother, a sister.
So I guess it is possible, in a few ways.
But not by a boyfriend... That's just ridiculous.
Don't act like it's not.
There is only one exception for that.
If you are, like, 26 or something, and getting ready for you're wedding, and the guy leaves you for someone else, that right there is a broken heart.
But we're not 26, now are we ?
No, we're not.
Don't get me wrong again, you can cry over a break up. That isn't ridiculous; that's a human's first response.
But seriously. Get over it, eventually. It's not like you two were going to get married.
Maybe you were. I honestly don't know. But now you're not, so get over it.
Then there's the people who resort to other ways of 'coping'. But I'm not going to get into that subject.
I wouldn't even know what I was talking about, and it's dumb to ramble about something you have no clue about, right?
Then why do most girls do that? Honestly.
But in a sense I guess I'm doing that now.
Wow, I've used ridiculous a lot in this.
But that's kind of the only word to describe some people's actions, you know?
Maybe that's what I'll title it. I don't know. We'll see.
To those girls who act like that:
Just, please, think before something stupid rolls it's way off your tounge.
Or keyboard. Whatever suits your fancy.
We don't need you're chizz, so you can chill out.
It's not cute.
It's not funny.
And it sure as hell is not attractive.
Please and thank you.
