"As leaders we are called upon to set a good example, encourage others, delegate responsibilities, even provide comfort to those you lead when needed and you guys have been excellent at it all. But there also comes a time when we are the ones that need encouragement, comfort and to know that everything is ok.

Steve and I, in the beginning, had our fair share of issues..."

Steve nodded at him.

"...but then we talked, shared and apologized to each other and in return have become closer because of it..."

The team looked on quietly.

"...What I'm saying is this op brought its challenges and one doesn't need to be telepathic to know that it has affected all of us. Right now we're gonna talk, apologize and hug it out. Jennifer, Danny please step forward."

They came and stood between their leaders and the rest of the team. Danny had stood out of Jennifer's arm's length.

"The subconscious is a powerful thing." Knute mumbled "Could you give us your bracelets, please?"

Jennifer easily took hers off placing it in Knute's open palm but Danny looked at her and then at Knute and swallowed.

Steve walked up to him, took his wrist and tapped the bracelet. The blue ring of light receded into the navy blue box. "Now you actually get to come out of this thing and you freeze."

"Ok Danny, come closer to Jenny. Tell her what has you uncomfortable with her."

"What?! I'm not uncomfortable with her.. I-I'm fine, we're fine." Danny denied shaking his head.

Jennifer stood there confused and a bit worried. She trusted her husband but she hadn't noticed that Danny was keeping his distance until now. <<Is he afraid? Did I do something to upset him?>>

"No, no, you didn't upset me...it's just" Danny looked at Knute again getting a nod from him. "It's just..um...they told me that when you shook my hand you gave me a boost of energy, which I appreciate by the way, but it caused me to get stuck in my mind zone for a very long time.." Danny shifted his stance, occasionally pointing his up faced palm at her then placing it on his hip.

"Oh.."

"It's ok. It's just I'm not used to how your gift works or even understand it but I appreciate you saving my life, as painful as it was and I don't know if you have complete control of your gift all the time or sometimes, so I thought it best to keep a safe distance." Danny rambled and winced when he was through, not sure if he was too harsh or not.

"Jennifer?" Knute coaxed her from her silent shock.

"Um, firstly I wanna apologize for using my gift on you without finding out how it would have affected you. That was presumptuous of me, I'm sorry. Also, I'm sorry about the pain I caused you on the boat..."

"It's ok.." Danny took a half step towards her feeling guilty about causing the pain in her voice.

"No, it's not ok sweetie. I should have known better than to grab hold of you when I was already powered up working on Chin. It was reckless and I'm so sorry. I promise you sweetie I'm in full control of my powers at all times and I promise I will never hurt you like that again." She walked up to him and hugged him.

Danny hugged her back after a beat. "It's ok."

The others clapped as they hugged.

"Thank you hun for trusting me." Knute kissed his wife on the forehead and activated her

bracelet.

"How did you know?"

"Sometimes body language speaks louder than words."
