Elliot Weston was the most handsome boy I've ever laid my eyes on. But there's no way that he'd notice me. I mean, I'm 15 years old and he's 17. And my brother would never let me date his best friend. It's hopeless.

"I've told you countless times, I do not want Elliot Weston in this house, James Carson Walsh!" our mother yelled as James was trying to head out to meet with Elliot.

"Come on, mom. He's not that bad." James sighed. "He hasn't been in trouble in months!"

Our mother was furious. "I don't care if he changed overnight. Men can change again. I refuse to let you leave this house, knowing that he's waiting for you." She paused for a minute then looked at me. "Fine, if you want to disobey your mother, at least take Brooke with you."

I blinked in disbelief. "M-Me? Mom, I don't want to go." I wasn't scared about meeting Elliot, I was shy. Elliot was hot, and I was plain. "He's not a little kid. He's going to be 18 next year, and he won't want you babying him."

Mom sighed. "I know that," she started. "But I'm making sure my children know who to hang out with."

Like James and I were going to listen to that. When mom and dad went to bed that night, James and I snuck out to meet up with Elliot.

"Hey, there you are, dude." Elliot laughed as he was sitting on his motorcycle. "Who's your friend?" he asked, pointing to me.

"This is my little sister Brooke. Mom said I could meet up with you as long as I brought her." James chuckled at my embarrassment. "She seems to like you."

"I think it's the motorcycle," Elliot winked at me. "Want to go for a ride?" he asked, patting the seat.

"Man, don't do anything weird. She's not 16 yet." James warned.

"James, don't be rude! I love motorcycles!" I squealed. I hopped on the back of the motorcycle before Elliot took me for a spin. It was amazing. I loved it so much!

"How was that?" Elliot chuckled as I got off the back. "Fun, right?"

I nodded. "That was so much fun! Thanks Elliot!"

"Anytime, beautiful." Elliot winked at me. He turned to James. "You got the stuff?"

James nodded, patting his front pocket. "Always." He pulled out a bag with what looked like little green buds. Elliot smiles and pulled out a lighter. "Damn, I've been waiting all week. Samuel said you owe him $60."

Elliot groaned and pulled out his wallet. "I know I do! I have the money, too. He just hasn't been answering me. So next time you see him, give him this." Elliot pulled out a $100. "Tell him to keep the change."

I was curious about what they had. "What's that?" I asked, pointing to the bag.

"Weed," Elliot laughed. "The best fucking thing in the world." He began rolling up a joint. "Got a light, Jay?" he asked James.

James pulled out his lighter and helped Elliot with the joint. "Puff, puff, pass. You know the rules." James smiled.

"Is she getting some too?" Elliot asked, pointing to me.

"No, don't give her one. She hates the smell." James laughed, blowing smoke. "Damn, I've missed this."

Elliot got out a bottle of whiskey and took a sip. "So, hey, some of the guys and I were heading out to the club later. You wanna join?"

James looked at me and then back at Elliot. "Hang on." he said. He pulled me to the side and knelt down at my level. "Okay, here's the deal. I'm taking you to one of our friend's houses. She's super sweet and she'll love you. I'll be back to pick you up. But I need you to behave!"
