Hello my name is Dave and this is my story, I was 20 I got my first job at McDonald's it pays well I am a manager so I get paid over the
average amount, I saw this house in a advert and it caught my eye I text the owner who is keen to get rid of it I told her I was interested and needed a few more days to get the right amount, she told me I could take it and pay the amount I had, I was shocked but I didn't complain I wrote a check to her name and we was happy to give it to me she told me she needed a few days to get all of her belongings out. She told me how big it was and how it had good views I was happy that I got the house and told my mum and dad who were happy for me moving on with life.
