      I came home in the early afternoon, classes having been finished earlier for the last day before summer. I hadn't even step a foot in the house that a mass of red hair jumped on me. I easily guessed who it was, my beloved sister :

Lily ! But what are you doing here ? 

What ? You're not happy to see your dear sister again ?, she said, faking being offended.

Yes, of course ! It's just...I'm surprise that's all. I thought you were coming home tomorrow only. 

I asked mom and dad to tel you that so I could surprise you. I'm so happy Vi !

Well, that's not all that but you have to tell me all that happened this year. I WANT TO KNOW E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G !, I exclaimed, feeling myself getting existed at the mere thought of all the new gossip I was gonna learn.

You know I pratically told you eveything in my letters, she smiled.

Yes but this is different and you didn't write about what happened the last few weeks.

Okay, okay... She exhaled  with an amused smile adorning her face at my excitement alike our parents sitting in our living room's couch.

Come on !, I told her while hastily dragging her in my room by the hand.

We entered in my room and I put my school stuff away on my desk. I sat on my bed rapidly followed by my sister and started talking about everything and nothing until she announced something rather surprising :

Well, hm... you see James ?, she started timidly as though she was scared of saying a blunder.

Yes ?

Well... I invited him to spend holidays with us in our summer's house. She dropped the bomb.

Oh...cool. I say surprised but happy I will finally properly meet the "toe rag" ( as my sister calls him so often ) who chased her for years. 

Really ?! I doesn't bother you ?

No, not at all. Really, I'll finally be able to meet the guy who succeeded in stoling my dear sister's heart. And,... I have a few words I'd like to say to him, I responded with an edge of mischief.

No, no, no ! You won't say anything to him ! I know you and I know you'll make things awkward.

Yes, yes, yes ! He has to know to not to hurt or he'll have to face me because even though I don't have any superpowers or magic thingy I know how to kick someone's balls and I know it hurts. Plus, it'll be so funny ! I spewed about looking falsly serious.

Okay !, she laughed, But there is something else I have to tell you...

Sure, I'm all ears. I encouraged her seeing how her face suddenly grew nervous again.

Well... He won't be coming alone. His best friends are coming too, you know they're three of them, well Peter couldn't come so there'll only be the other two. She rambled nervously.

Oh. You're talking about the.. the Marauders, right ? 

Yes, that's right. So, there'll be James, Sirius and Remus.

I'm so glad it doesn't bother you. She laughed, relieved.

Of course, it's totally normal. First of all, they are your friends and you know as well as me that the friends of my sister are my friends too. Second of all, I'll get to know even more wizards and that's so cool ! I mean, who can say they've met real wizards or witches in their non magical life ! Thirdly, you told me, several times, that they're big pranksters and I definitly want to see how wizards do their pranks. And, furthermore, I will get the chance to meet a real werewolf. How cool is that ?

Wow, you're even more excited than I am !

Yes !!! I can't wait !!!

I started clapping my hands, getting excited, my sister soon joining me in a fit of laughter.

      Saturday. It's been already a week since my sister and I were on our summer holidays. So, it was time for my sister and I to leave our household and go on our vacation in our summer house for the rest of the holidays where her friends were going to join us in 2 days only.

Our summer house was situated not far from the seashore and neighbouring forest which allowed us to play long games of hide-and-seek when we were young.

Our parents were the ones dirving us there and leave just after so they could go on their own trip. It was why we were bringing our dog Prince. My parents had gifted him to me on my eleventh birthday so I could be less lonely without Lily's presence in the house (  even though Petunia was here she was still very much angry about Lily and all the magic thingy ).

We had just arrived and set down our suitcases that our parents were already leaving, not after checking everything was okay for them to go on their trip peacefully, of course.

Thus, I rapidly climbed the stairs with Prince by my side to remove my stuff from my suitcase and put them in my closet. When all was done we went back down the stairs and into the kitchen so I could fix myself and Lily some lunch.

It was only half an hour later that my sister joined my side and ate.

🪻2 Days Later 🪻

      I was restless ! Today was the day where I was finally gonna meet my sister's friend and I could definitely I wasn't the only one excited. Lily too seemed thrilled but more so anxious, I think it was because it wasthe first time she was inviting the boys over and mayber how we'd react to each other. I mean, she doesn't really need to stress over it, I've already met her dormmates and they were all lovely and we really liked spending time with each other, I sometimes even write to them.

According to Lily they should arrive early in the afternoon. Today...
