"Her condition has improved quite a bit, but she will still be staying here for some time so the medics can monitor her health." The doctor said after examining Ai's condition.
"Doctor, how long do you think it will take..?" Yoshida said.
"Maybe two weeks. She also needs rehabilitation exercises to restore her strength."
"I see..."
"I will take care of other patients, if anything happens to her just call me."
"Okay.. thank you."
The doctor left and the nurse came to bring dinner for Ai using the food cart.
Nurse: "This is your dinner, ma'am."
The nurse put the food on Ai's bedside table. There was porridge, water, and medicine.
Nurse: "I'll be back"
The nurse came out.
After that, Yoshida opened the mask he used to 'disguise'.
"Huft.. It's very stuffy inside." He put his mask on the table beside the patient's bed.
"Want me to feed it?~" he continued.
"I can do it myself!" Ai said.
"Eh..? Can you?"
"Come on!! I'm not a child, you know?"
"Mhm.. okay.."
Ai wanted to sit up from the bed with Yoshida who helped her a little.
Ai took a glass filled with water to drink and then drank it.
After that, he took a plate filled with porridge but when he lifted it, his hand was not strong enough, and almost dropped it. Luckily, Yoshida caught it.
"I told you... Right?"
"Okay.. Maybe my strength hasn't fully recovered yet, hehe~"
Yoshida took his plate, stirred the porridge, and then fed it to Ai.
"Alright. Aaa~" Yoshida fed her.
"How is it?" He continued.
"Just normal.. I mean, it's just porridge!"
"you're right.."
"Well.. at least, it tastes better if you feed me," Ai whispered to herself.
"Did you say something?"
"No, I'm not!" Ai trying to avoid it.
Yoshida continued to feed her gently and lovingly..
"It's nice if it tastes better if I feed you~"
"Hey.. you heard it!!" A slight blush appeared on Ai's cheeks, Ai crossed her arms and looked away from Yoshida, she pretends to be annoyed.
"Hehe.."
"Yoshida-kun.."
"Yeah?"
"There are many things I wanna ask you.."
"..." Yoshida was silent for a moment before he spoke again.
"Sure! What's it?"
"First of all, how are Aqua and Ruby?"
"They're fine! Bernard kept them in my apartment for a while. I'll take them to visit you tomorrow."
"Thank goodness.. how about Ichigo-san and Miyako-san?"
"They're good too! Although they are busy taking care of journalists and various news.."
"Glad to hear that.." Ai smiled gratefully.
"That's all?"
"No, not yet... I'll ask you a lot of questions if I get enough rest!"
"Okay! But before sleeping, drink your medicine!"
