When you're jealous

It had been a while since you've seen her. She's a slutty student who loves Andrew from the bottom of her heart, and she tried to seduce him all the time.
You've always trusted Andrew, and you knew that he's absolutely worth the trust that you've given him. However, the problem is that you feel like she's really trying to get between you and him.

~flashback~
"Hello" she twirled her hair
"Hi" you answered awkwardly "umm, do i know you?"
"Well, no. You certainly don't"
As the music played in the background, and people were partying your friends looked at each other in confusion.
'What does this unknown girl want?'
"We both don't know each other, but...we both know professor marston  right?"
"Yes?" You raised a brow
"I just wanted to tell you, that he's mine"
"What?" You stared
Your friends snickered at this girl's behavior.
"I said, i just wanted you to know that he's mine"
You chuckled then you said "no no, he's mine"
"Well, let's say this ; he will be mine soon enough"
You rolled your eyes backwards, before walking over to your friends' table.
"You heard me!" She said, seeing you walking away
"Yeah, yeah" you said mockingly

Ever since that day, you've known that she was up to something. These days you've noticed her walking to his office quite a lot of times. Until one day, you put your ear against the office's door when the hallway was completely empty.
"But professor!~" She purred
"I said, that's all that i need to explain to you. You don't have any more questions, Lavinia, do you?"
"Well, there's only one question~"
"Yes?" He sounded annoyed
"How are you so...handsome?~"
He cleared his throat. It seems like he didn't know how to deal with this girl.
Your blood started boiling, so you quickly knocked on the door.
"Come in" he said, as she felt somewhat grumpy.
You walked in, scanning her. She twirled her hair, then while chewing her gum she looked at Andrew.
"Professor, i think i'll have to leave now"
"Yes, you do"
She walked in a seductive manner, swaying her hips hoping that Andrew would notice her but instead you've seen him cringing.
"So..." he said after she left "did you come here for some kisses?"
"No, i just came to visit you" you looked out the window, knowing that you somewhat behaved oddly
"What's the matter?" He sounded concerned
"Oh, nothing"
"(Y/N), don't lie to me"
"I'm going home now, i'm tired." You said, before leaving quickly.
Andrew sighed.

It was another day at university, you spotted Lavinia, she gave you a mischievous smirk.
"Hey, how is it going with professor marston?" She stood right in front of you
You glared at her, then you avoided her.
"That's what i thought"
You walked away, and then you got inside the classroom before sitting.
"Hey! Is that girl still tryna bother you?" Your friend Susie looked at you
You nodded.
"I don't think she'll be able to seduce professor marston, i bet he's not the kind of man that would cheat on you" Tristan declared
You hummed in response, until professor marston walked in, and the lesson began.

This time you've had enough. You've seen her entering professor marston's office, wearing a revealing outfit.
You knocked on the door, as professor marston said told you to come in. It seems like he doesn't want her there, but he just didn't know what to do.
"Lavinia" you looked at her
She smiled.
"I think we should end this game" you stated
"What game?"
Andrew was staring.
"You know exactly what game i am talking about. It's no use, lying and acting innocent. Professor Marston is mine" You smirked
"What's all this about?" He stood up
"Professor-"
"It's over, Lavinia. Stop trying to seduce him, he loves me. And only me"
"What are you talking about?" She plays dumb
"You twirl your hair around him! You try to tempt him, you try to steal him away! That's enough! It's more than I can stand! He belongs to me! I can't take it when you talk to him, it makes me want to kiss him right in front of all the students! It's so annoying!" You said sternly
"(Y/N)...calm down" he blushed
Lavinia was there, speechless.
You looked at Andrew, waiting for him to say something.
"Frankly, Lavinia..." he looked at her "i didn't know how to act. I knew that you had an interest in me, but...you already know that i have (Y/N). Everyone in this university knows that. Including you. But i wonder why you tried to get in an intimate relationship with me"
"E-enough" she whispered, face bright red, then she walked up to you "keep your man, i don't need him anyway"
After she left the office, Andrew looked at you.
"(Y/N), i'm really sorry i just didn't know how to behave when she tried to-"
"I-i know" you said, then you walked over to the window.
"Can i ask you something?" He smiled
"Yes?"
"Why did you behave like that, just now?"
You blushed.
He walked up to you, wrapping his arm around your waist.
"Were you jealous?" he whispered
"No" you looked away
He chuckled "are you sure?"
You blushed harder.
"I just wanted her to back off! I am not jealous okay? I just...find it inappropriate when people can't stay away from things that aren't theirs"
"(Y/N), it's okay. Say it"
"S-say...what?"
"Be honest with me, i do admit when i'm jealous, so i want you to do the same" he said tenderly, while playing with your hair
"Andrew..." you looked at him
"Yes?"
"I'm jealous, i just...can't help it" you pouted
He smiled softly, then he kissed your lips.
"Well then, (Y/N), i need to tell you that you shouldn't be. I am yours, and i love you, only you." He said, then he continued "There's nothing between me and Lavinia. And no matter what she tries to do, she will never steal me away from you. You have one claim on my affection that no one could possibly share."
"That's what I like to hear" you whispered
He chuckled, then he kissed your lips.
"I love you"
"I love you too"
