Ep.1- what have I gotten myself into?

Being at school for four years, my mind set was only towards books and nothing else. My family was a typical one. It was Mom, dad , me and my sister. My mom and dad were like belle and beast except if the gender were swapped. Dad was the only person I would ever turn to for help. He was my best friend and the only person that ever understood me.

Recently he and mom fought and he left to get away for a while but we still stayed in contact with each other. I would report him on everything that happened in my life to which he would never judge my actions but gave me advice on how to deal with them. That's what I loved about him. However my only regret was not telling him about this whole mess I had gotten myself into.

It all started on a bright Thursday morning. I came to school and went about my day as normal, if only I had a warning on how my life was going to change. The bell rang for lunch and I went to the cafeteria to buy my lunch. Since my friends and I split classes of science and business, we always had a problem in picking which class to have our lunch. After what felt like hours of debating, we finally agreed to have lunch in business. Today's food was even worse than yesterday's but I had no choice but to eat as labs really wore me out today. As I ate the disgusting food looking around the class, Jung-soek walked in. I have known him for 3 yrs now and never really spoke as he was in another class. We exchanged eye contact for a bit before it was interrupted by my friends telling me that they had finish and were leaving as I continued to plough through the so called "lunch" I had.

A little while after they left, Jung-soek finally spoke,"The food is disgusting right?" Surprised by him talking to me for the first time l just gave him a nod ,quickly closed my box and left the class. I walked to my class when someone ran pass me almost hitting me down. The person yell, "Sorry!" As he continued to run. I was completely annoyed and when I turned around to see who it was they were already gone. Brushing it off, I went to class when the bell rang and I sat down. The boys started to play a mobile game that had become really popular. They were loud but I didn't mind. I was so focused on my work that I didn't notice some one tapping my shoulder and I quickly turn around in rage. It was Il-nam. what does he want? But as he spoke I recognized his voice, it was that dude who almost ran into me today. Being even more annoyed now I asked him rudely what he wanted and he lifted an eyebrow in confusion of my tone. "Damn am I that annoying?" ,he asked which made chuckle a little. "No it's just that you were the one who almost ran into me." " Oh! so you were the girl. I'm so sorry." "It's okay.", I responded. "Can I borrow your phone to play with the boys?", he asked. "My phone? Why?" "My phone can't download the game." I was hesitant but because he was nice to me I agreed.

It was after school and we were coming out of school late because we spent the entire afternoon in the school garden for Agriculture Science. As I walked out the gate I saw Jung-soek outside. "Oh God.", I whispered under my breath. My friends left me as they wanted to leave early and I was left alone with him. I tried talking my way out to end the conversation but it felt like I was going to that for years so I just said," I have to go now, it's getting late." And he nodded as I quickly crossed the road.

Saturday was our remedial lesson. I went and sat next to my friends as they chatted about the latest gossip when I saw Jung-soek walking in and sat next to them. Immediately after that the teacher walked in to start the lesson so I had no choice but to stay next to him. During the class I caught him looking at me a couple of times and when he noticed he turned away quickly. At one point he placed his hand on my thigh. I was of course startled and to avoid the awkwardness that was about to follow, I immediately brushed his hand off and shifted a little away from him. After class was over I walked out and went to the corner shop. There I saw Il-Nam. I saw him glanced at me and quickly looked away. I bought my drink and went back to my friends who were waiting for me.

Four days later I came into class with a delighted mood only for it to be ruined with a surprised test from our literature teacher. After the test, I sat with my head down on the desk because my head was pounding when I felt someone sitting next to me and a hand on my back, it was Il-Nam. Startled by his action I immediately jumped up. "What are you doing?",I asked in a startled voice. "I was just checking to see if you were okay.", replied. "Well, I am. Its only that I have a slight headache." "OK then, can I borrow your phone?" "To play games?" "Yep." I handed him the phone and looked to see Irie, one of my friends and Hyun-bin sharing a chair playing the game too. Surprised and low key shipping them I bend my head back down. It had been sometimes and I raised my head up again. The classroom was empty and sitting next to me was none other than Il-nam. "Where is everyone?", I asked confused. "They're downstairs in the garden." "OH I should be there too.", I said as I jumped out of my seat and was making my way out the door. Il-Nam pulled me back quickly causing me to lose my balance and I fell into his arms. My eyes widen but it strangely felt comfortable and warming. "Sorry, I didn't mean to pull you back that hard.", he apologized. "It's ok.", I said with a smile. "You should rest, didn't you say your head was hurting?", he asked. "You're right."

I woke up and realized I fell asleep in his arms. "Shid!", I jumped up as I picked my bag and ran downstairs. He followed after me and called out to me. "What's wrong?", he asked. "I'm sorry but I have to go, school dismissed thirty minutes ago and I'll be in trouble if I go home late.", I said in worry some voice. To calm me down, he hugged me and to be honest I quite enjoyed it. We said our goodbyes and went our ways.

The next day at lunch, I had just came back from the washroom and was about to enter class when I saw Irie and Hyun-Bin playing the game on their phone so I decided to leave them together since they were the only ones in class. I turned back but was surprised to see Hyung-soek there. He looked mad with his arms crossed as he kept walking towards me very close which made me back away. I backed away as he kept coming forward until I was in his class. He cornered me to the wall and pinned me down with both of his hands on both of my sides. "What were you doing with him yesterday?"
