An annoying bug that acted as an alarm clock rang before it was a tired feminine Gray hand tried to turn it off. It failed the first few times before finally hitting it's target, making it stop.
Covers were thrown over to reveal a 21 year old Gray female troll with long messy black hair. She got out of bed to stretch before doing her normal morning routine and met a male troll with Gray skin and long black hair as hers.
"Good morning". Branch greeted, before going back to drinking his morning cup of coffee in a flowercup.
"Morning". Willow greeted her brother back as she took a seat around their table. She had a flower bowl in front of her and took another bigger flower next to her before pouring what seemed to be her breakfast into her flower bowl.
After eating breakfast, the siblings put on their signature green vest their grandma made for them.
"Willow, hurry". Branch said as he stood on a platform with a lever on it while waiting for his younger sister.
"Coming". Willow said, walking down the hall to meet with him but them revesered her steps to turn to a picture on the wall. It was a picture of 10 year old them hugging their grandma, who was on one knee as she happily hugged them back.
Willow smiled warmly and adjusted the picture frame before kissing her index and middle fingers, and placed them on her grandma's face. Sighing, she contined her way back to her brother, who had his arms crossed and tapping his foot in the process.
"Finally. It's about time you got here". He said, unfolding his arms to grab the lever as she sister walked over to the platform, chuckling.
"I may be a rebel, branch, but a lady needs her time to get ready". She said with a smirk, to which branch rolled her eyes at her before pulling on the lever that makes the platform take them up.
"And he says I take too much time". Willow said with a amused deepened look as she stood outside their home while waiting for her brother to set their last bergan trap.
"I heard that". Came branch's voice from the some space in the "go away" mat on the floor, to which she smirk.
"I know".
The two trolls were now walking along the jungle, now looking for something.
"There!". Branch annoced, running ahead to pick up a stick. "These are perfect".
"That's what you said the last 28 times we saw a stick like that".
"Ugh! Make that 29".Branch scoffed, throwing the stock away with a scowl on his face. "These once have termites holes in them".
Willow rolled her eyes as she followed him. Eventually they found the perfect sticks to pick up and add to their bergan-proof defence system. It's, like, what they do everyday now. No time for friends, to have fun, it's just train to get ready for the worst and improve their security system. At least, they still had each other.
Willow was about to pick up a stick when she heard something. Something incredibly annoying. "You hear that?"
Her brother's expression matched hers to a T as he sighed. "Unfortunately, yes".
The two followed the music from where it was going from, their journey taking them to troll village, where they stayed under a mushroom as they watched their formal friend and her new friends performing.
Willow sighed and rolled her eyes. "Poppy".
"What is that troll doing?". Branch mutters in annoyance as they decided to wait their until they were done with their song.
