CHAPTER SIXTY-THREE
- THE BLOODY WEDDING -
───── ⋆♡⋆ ─────PART ONE • REUNITED
"Jiwoo! You are beautiful! You look like you fell to earth from a fairy tale," The wedding planner said as Jiwoo turned to face her wearing her gorgeous wedding gown.
Jiwoo smiled and gave her wedding planner a hug. She had styled Jiwoo's hair with a great team and made her beautiful for a wonderful day in her life, the wedding.
"Thank you," Jiwoo said and took another look at herself in the mirror. In years, she had never felt so beautiful.
The big day, the day she could finally say yes and live a wonderful life with the sweetest man on earth she had ever met. Sunghoon, the man who turned their lives upside down, yet made every moment beautiful.
"Are you feeling up to it?" The wedding planner asked.
Jiwoo giggled and got a shiver. "I'm really nervous, though, but I'm sure this day is going to be great."
With a big smile, Jiwoo wiped the last bits of fabric off her dress.
Someone suddenly knocked on the door. Jiwoo startled and saw a lady, also from the organization, walk in with papers in her hand.
"What is it?" The wedding planner asked.
"It's for Jiwoo," the woman said. "Someone wants to speak with you."
Jiwoo looked up strangely; she wasn't expecting anyone. She pointed to herself. "Wait, me?"
The woman nodded. "Is it okay for you?"
"As long as it's not Sunghoon," Jiwoo replied. "He may not see my dress until later."
In a suspicious manner, the woman left the room. For a few seconds there was silence, which made Jiwoo wait in nervousness to see who would actually want to talk to her. Who in this life would want to talk to Jiwoo at this time?
A figure appeared around the corner. Jiwoo slapped her hand in front of her mouth and burst into tears when she saw her appear.
"Hello, Jiwoo."
"Mom?"
"Yes, darling," Jiwoo's mom said as she walked in the changing room. "Do you mind if I give you a hug?"
Jiwoo ran towards her mother and gave her the biggest hug she has ever given to anyone, except Sunghoon. She was glad to see her mom after all those years of feeling left alone by her mom and dad. Jiwoo smelt the presence of her mom, which made her feel like she was at home again.
Her mother ran her hands through her daughters hair and shushed her whilst she was crying.
"I missed you, Jiwoo," Her mom, Mari, said.
"I missed you too, mom."
Around the corner, over the shoulder of Mari, Jiwoo saw her dad's figure appearing in the doorframe. Her eyes widened seeing him. The smile on his face made the whole mood light up.
"Dad!" Jiwoo yelled as her father ran in happily, doing a little dance, which made Jiwoo smile like crazy. "I thought you two would never show up today. I guess my invite helped."
"Of course we came, sweetheart," Jiwoo's dad, Donghyun, said. "I want to see my absolutely stunning daughter get married to a guy who will treat you right."
"Thank you both for coming," Jiwoo thanked them and hugged them both. "I love you."
-
Sunghoon walked down the altar already, before the wedding even started. The sun was shining and with the most beautiful view over sea, he was going to marry his beautiful love. He was checking up how everything was doing at the place where everything was going to happen. Every chair for every guest was ready to get taken by somebody.
