What was happening?

Rianne's POV

"Kia, promise me something, my daughter" I looked up at papa with curiosity shown in my eyes

"Yes papa?"

"Promise me... That when I die... You'll help Kinn with leading the Main family okay?"

"Papa don't say that... You will live really really really long okay?"

"We're not sure with that Kia... In this workplace.. that's now how we see our lives. Our lives are always at risk. I can't promise you that I'm gonna live long"

"So you're gonna leave me one day?"

"Yes... At some point I will... You will have to live on your own" tears welled up my eyes and I didn't wanna accept the fact that papa will leave me one day.

"But Kia... Always remember that I'll always be by your side, even if I'm not here physically, I will forever be in your heart.. okay? Kia?" I nodded even tho tears were streaming down my face.

"Promise me you'll help Kinn, okay? And one more thing, my daughter.."

"Never cry because of a man okay?" I nodded and the tears still kept streaming.

"Don't cry... You will be alright without me" I opened my eyes and looked up at the ceiling. I didn't realize I had fallen asleep after staying in my room. After papa doubted me... You can say I got offended and probably ended up crying for a few minutes.
I got up and looked at the mirror to see my face stained with tears, my eyes were also puffy and red. I was about to go to the washroom before someone knocked and opened the door.

"Rianne... Your papa has passed away" I looked back at Arm who had a sad look in his face.

"What did you say?" I asked once again not believing what I just heard.

"Khun Korn.. had a heart attack and.. he did not make it" my lips trembled and I couldn't help but fall on my knees. The pain was fucking unbearable. I know I said I was hurt after papa underestimated me but... Dead? No.. that's not true

"Shhh... you'll be alright" I heard Arm saying and felt his embrace.

"Cry it out.. I'm here" his hug tightened around me and the tears kept streaming down my face. I thought it was just a dream...
I silently sobbed thinking about what papa said to me in my dream...

"Promise me... That when I die... You'll help Kinn with leading the Main family" I cried even more to the point that I couldn't even breathe.

"Please, tell me it's not real please!!" I stuttered and looked at Arm with pain written in my face. He shook his head and tho I was in pain I had to stand up... I had to see how my brothers were doing.

"Where's my brothers?"

"They're in Khun Korn's room" I stood up and almost ran to Papa's room. I didn't care about looking like shit right now, I just needed to see how bro's were doing.

"Rianne slow down!" I heard Arm shouting a little bit I didn't care. I reached papa's room and barged in. Everyone's eyes were on me. The doctor's, nurse, Kim, Kinn and Khun's. Khun was already crying out loud like I was. I ran to Khun and immediately felt his embrace. We fell down on the couch and cried in each other's embrace. Kinn and Kim just tried to comfort us with little pats but those fucking pats won't help with the pain Khun and I were feeling right now.
Khun and I were just sobbing in each others Arm's, when suddenly I found it so hard to breathe. I had to pull away from the embrace to try and catch the breathe I lost because of crying.

"Rianne? Rianne???" I heard my name being called out but I couldn't answer, my vision started to blur before everything turned black.

Arm's POV

I was just looking at a grieving Rianne and Khun when suddenly Rianne fainted. Kim and Khun stopped and checked on Rianne, I also rushed to her to check and realized that it's serious.

"Call the doctor again" I said and Kim quickly stood up to call the doctor while I carried Rianne to her room in a bridal style. The bodyguards around Rianne's room opened the door and I laid her down her bed before waiting for the doctor. She looked so sad.

"You look so sad, my love... I can't bare seeing you like this" I said even tho I knew she couldn't hear me. Seconds past and the doctor and nurse came to her room and did a check up on her while I stood in the side waiting for what they had to say. Few minutes passed and the doctor faced me before asking.

"Uhmm.. are you Rianne's bodyguard?"

"Boyfriend" I corrected the doctor. He nodded before explaining

"Well.. Khun had a cyanotic spell also know as a breath-holding spell. It is often response to frustration, anger, fear and in this case, pain. She will be conscious again in hopefully a few minutes, if not maybe an hour. She will be alright, just don't let her be exposed to anymore stress. It is not good for her and the baby" I nodded but then looked at the doctor stunned

"I'm sorry.. what?"

"We checked and found out she is atleast 1 month pregnant. Congratulations" he smiled before leaving the room and closing the door. I sat down next to Rianne and stared at her face... It was finally showing colors again. My eyes looked down at her belly before smiling to myself painfully. We all know that this child is not mine.. it was Ken's or hopefully it is...I stood up and decided to leave the room, after deciding that needed someone to talk to at this moment. I don't even know what to feel after finding out she's pregnant with her dead ex's baby...

"Arm, how's my sister?" I stopped my tracks after hearing Kim's voice, I turned around to face him and assured him that she was alright

"She's alright, Khun"

"I heard.. you two are dating. Am I correct?" I hesitated for a minute before nodding.

"Yes, Khun"

"Well in that case, you don't have to call me Khun anymore"

"Okay, Kim" he nodded and entered Rianne's room while I walked away to find Pol. I found him in our rooms looking at some of his stuffs.

"Pol" he turned around and greeted me with his smile

"Oh Arm, what happened? You look down, you good?"

"Rianne.."

"Oh what happened to Khun?"

"She fainted after crying so much... She was checked by the doctor .. only to find out she was also pregnant" Pol looked at me with wide eyes.

"She's pregnant?"

"Yea"

"It's yours, right?"

"No... We haven't done anything together"

"Shit... Who's child is she carrying?"

"Ken's probably"

"Are you gonna break up with her?"

"No... I can't and don't want to"

"You're ready to accept that child she's carrying right?"

"Yes.. I'll be that father of that child"

"That's what love can do huh.."

"Yea. You'll understand when you fall inlove"
