Mercy-Jaye's P.O.V:
It felt a bit weird you know. Being in the household that you've learnt a lot about. And being with your heroes.
"What pizza do you want? I'm getting just plain cheese" Dan says, falling back lazily onto the couch. "Umm..I'll have the same" Dan nods and grabs his laptop as he selects two large cheese pizzas on a list on a pizza takeaway online.
"Phil?" Dan shouts, twisting his neck and looking back.
"Mmmm?"
"What pizza do you want?"
"I'll have the meat feast please"
"Okay"
Dan clicks on a large meat feast pizza and then a bottle of Coca Cola.
He presses DELIVER and pushes his laptop anyway. I lean against the arm of the couch.
A few minutes later Phil walks into the room. Dan was flicking through endless channels, sprawled across the couch. I was sat on the end, almost falling asleep. I look up as Phil walks towards us. He sits down next to Dan and sighs, leaning his head on his shoulder. I watch Dan absent mindly wrap his arm around Phil's waist as he continued to flick through the channels. He finally decides to just watch previous episodes of Attack on Titan. He turned to look at Phil, who was quietly leaning against him, his eyes closed, cuddled up. I smile slightly, cute Phan moment!
"Phil?" Dan asks gently, pushing Phil's fringe from his eyes.
"Mmm?" Phil replies quietly, his eyes flicking open.
"It's ok, nevermind. I thought you were asleep" Dan says, at that moment the doorbell rang. "Pizza!" Dan shouts, jumping up. Phil laughs quietly and walks down all those stairs to collect our food. He walks back up and puts everything on the table. I open my pizza box and the delicious smell fills my nostrils.
I immediately start eating as I was so hungry.
Soon we were all finished.
Dan said he was tired and headed to his and Phil's room. Phil was tidying up when I get up from the couch.
"Phil?"
Phil turns to face me, an empty pizza box in his hand, "Yes?"
"Are you ok?"
"Why wouldn't I be?"
"Well...umm...you seemed pretty anxious when you were on the computer
and when I asked Dan he said it was nothing. You don't seem like yourself
either" I say, I blush afterwards as I sounded a bit rude.
Phil didn't take it personally. He wrapped him arms around my waist and pulled
me into a hug.
"It's nothing for you to be worried about Mercy" he says into my ear.
I melt into the hug, it was the type of hug I was expecting since I was baby.
The type of hug I never got.
