~ Lily carefully navigates her love for sharing and beautiful outfits, and makes a few unexpected friends ~
Woah. When Max said the beach house was big, I didn't know she meant a freaking mansion.

Me Belle and Kitty stand in front of the house, jaws on the shiny floor, staring at the humongous house. We've never seen a house that big in our whole lives!!!
"O-okay, we should get going!" we giggle as we walk into the house. I look around, admiring the beautiful house.
"Well there's the gorgeous princesses" Max says, walking down the big staircase, Anne, Alexa and Cory following behind her.
I can't help but smile at the genuine kindness in Max's eyes. She's really trying to meet me halfway, and it makes me feel so respected.
"Hey" I say when she meets me at the bottom of the staircase.
"Hey to you too" she smiles back. About the same scenario is happening with Belle and Kitty.
"C'mon, let's get you guys into your room" she holds my hand and takes my suitcase in her other hand. My smile widens as she leads me through the house to a hallway, Belle and Kitty right behind us.
"Alright, this is you" Max opens one of the doors, handing me two keys "I'm right over there" she points to another doorway right across the hallway "If you ever need anything at all, I'm right here"
I melt at the sweet gesture. She's so much different than I thought she was.
"Thank you so much" I smile at her.
She smiles back "Anytime. And you can ask me for help anytime you want, even if it's in the middle of the night"
We giggle together, a connection I've never felt with anyone sparked.
"I might just take you up on that offer" I lightly poke her shoulder.
She dramatically puts her hand up to her shoulder, pretending to be offended "Uh, the audacity!"
"What??" I chuckle into my hands.
"I invite you over to our beach house and you harass me!" she starts playfully poking me back, causing me to giggle.
"I poked you once!!!! If that's harassment, this is abuse!!!!" I laugh, poking her back.
We stop when we hear someone clear their throat, and see our friends standing there confused.
"Well" Max says, clearing her throat before smiling back at me "I should get going. Breakfast's at 8:00, I'll see you then"
"Yeah, see ya" I smile at her before she walks away from the hallway, and her friends follow her.
My own friends look at me with their mouths wide open in shock, each with their own room keys in their hands.
"What. Was. That???" Kitty says, eyebrows furrowed in confusion.
"It was nothing" I roll my eyes as I open the main door with the bigger key out of the two.
Oh my god, this room is huge!! It's one big open room, a small cute kitchen is in the corner by the door, and a living room right in front of a huge beautiful window in front of a glistening blue ocean. There're three bedrooms on the right side of the wall, and a small dining table on the left.
It's so beautiful. How am I ever going to thank Max for this?
"Oh my god" I push my hands against my smile.
"This is so freaking amazing!!" Kitty squeals as she dances around the room "But we still need to talk about what just happened between you and Max?!?"
I roll my eyes again "It was literally nothing!!!" I start walking towards the bedrooms, trying to see which one my key fits into. The first one does and I walk in, closing the door behind me and get myself situated.
It's a cozy room with a queen-sized bed in the middle. There's a small desk in the left corner and a soft looking sofa on the right one. I see there's a little piece of paper on the edge of the bed, so I pick it up and sit on the bed to read it.

I'm so glad you're here so we can get to know each other better
These are the hours there are going to be meals. Breakfast: 8:00 am Lunch: 12:30pm Dinner: 6:00 pm

I feel myself blushing at the kind note. Why is she being so unbelievably sweet to me?
I jolt when I look up at Belle standing in the doorway "Sheesh!! Creep, how long have you been there??"
She sits down on the bed next to me, her eyebrows furrowed staring at the piece of paper in my hand.
"What's the note?" she bumps her shoulder into mine, a soft smile on her face.
"I-It's just something Max let me, it was real sweet" I look down at my lap to hide my red face.
"Can I see?" she asks, a light hand reaching for the note. She's always been so gentle with me, and I never deserved her kindness.
I nod and put the letter in her hand. I feel my heart flutter as I reread it from behind her.
"Awwww" she turns to me pouting "That's so cuteeee"
I smile to myself.
P.O.V Belle
I would sit there teasing her for the Max situation and asking her to invite me to the wedding. But I can tell that this is the start of another episode. I know what she needs right now is quiet comfort and just knowing there's someone there.
P.O.V Lily
"Well, I need to get my stuff unpacked and crawl into a ball to get some sleep" I sigh.
"Ah, I gotcha" she chuckles, standing up. She looks back at me, patting my head "Get some rest, Lils"
"Thanks Bells" I smile up at her as she turns to walk out.
