Chuuya's Perspective

The whole school knows, I swear they do. The blank expressions coming from across the room. The wide stares that seemed to tear your soul apart into tiny pieces. I could see the news headlines already. " Chuuya Legsweak and Daniel Stealdaughter killed local boy James Clarke. " I suppose since you know one of my secrets I can trust you with another. Most times you hear a laugh, you see a smile or something else. It's not true happiness. I mean I don't know if you guys have ever experienced this or something similar but I find it easier to cope with sadness when I pretend to be happy. Everytime someone says something truly hurtful at home. It's easier to shrug it off and just be happy for the day. Its easier to fake it until you finally make it.

Sylvie's (Tyler's) Perspective

Have you ever had that special little feeling where you're left out. Where your friend won't tell you something they told everyone else you know. When your whole family keeps a secret from you and its not even meant to be your surprise. Or when all your friends have something special with someone meanwhile you're sat there with nothing in common yet you feel the most comfortable around them. If you didn't guess by now that last ones a bit important. Chuuya is probably the greatest person I've met yet I swear we, at the same time, have everything and nothing in common. Yet he's the one I'd go to for emotional support. He's the one I'd go to for a shoulder to cry on. I'm not saying I have a crush on him because I don't but he's the best person on this fucking planet yet the one that you feel leaves you out most of the time.
