You wake up to your mom screaming your name "Y/N VEN!!" you hurry down the stairs half awake. "Mande ama?" you ask "Quiero que vallas a la tienda y me compras una docena de tortillas." says mom "Ahoritaaa?" you said annoyed "Si ahorita mismo y no quiero que me digas nada que tienes flojera no haces nada todo el día." mom said firmly. You lazily went up stairs to get ready I mean you we're just going to the store but you never know who you'll see there, you don't wanna end up embarrassing yourself like you did with Memo dressing up all bummy. 20 min later you're ready (just imagine you look good😭😭) You start walking out the house to go to the store you look at your notifications and see Memo texted back. You catch yourself smiling at his notification but you'll reply later since you're already at the store.

"Okayyy docena de tortillas.." you think to yourself when you're about the get the tortillas you see someone familiar "Is that Diego.." you think to yourself "No way, why would HE be here?? He's just on my mind because of yesterday.." you try to reassure yourself. You look back, you we're wrong IT IS Diego.. He looks back and his eyes meet yours. "Shit." you think, you start speed walking away from him. For a second you lose him you're relieved that was a close one, but before you can process what the hell just happened you hear his voice "Y/N? eres tu?" you look back in shock wondering how he got to you THAT fast "Ah.. Hola Diego.." you say mumbling "It's been a minute huh? Did you get my letter? Look if you don't want to talk to me it's-" He said as you cut him off "Yes. I got your letter and I don't think I plan on talking to you, ever." you said in a pissed off tone. Even you we're shocked at yourself for being so bold but you hated him. "Look I understand you hate me but please let me explain myself." he said desperately. "Fine but not right now. I'm busy." you said "Alright what about tomorrow?" he asked "Let's meet at the cafe by my house then." You said.

After that you got the tortillas and as you left the store you started crying, you didn't like thinking about the past but now it's forcefully coming to you. As you almost got home you randomly found Memo in front of your house about to knock. "Memo..?" you said going up behind him "Y/N!" he said surprised to see you "Pero que te paso? Why are you crying?" he asked "Oh I wasn't crying I was just.. Um. I was crying but it was over something dumb." You said awkwardly "I know we barely know each other but if you need anyone to talk to I'm here." he said. "Actually I think I want to talk about it." you said nervously "Okay Im all ears."

  You decided to tell Memo everything but you didn't tell him it was Diego because you knew that obviously Memo and Diego knew each other. "Why'd you tell me you we're crying over something dumb? This isn't dumb at all y/n." Memo said "Well I've never talked about this to anyone and I didn't think you we're gonna want to hear about it." you said "No I honestly wanna beat every students ass in that school." Memo said angrily. You felt touched that he actually listened to you and actually cared what you had to say. "Anyways why we're you in front of my house?" You asked "Well your dad wanted me to help him with something and he's probably mad that I'm late." he said. "WAIT. He put me over my grumpy ass dad??-!-!-!/" you thought to yourself. "Well let's start heading in because I was supposed to be home 1 hour ago." you said.

  As you both went inside the house you met eyes with your mom who glaring at you. "Guau y/n te tardaste una puta ETERNIDAD en tráeme esas tortillas. Nomas te pedi UNAS tortillas no que me fueras a tráeme plata." Mom said angrily you we're embarrassed how she was saying all of this in front of Memo who she didn't even realize was next to me. "Perdóname señora, fue toda mi culpa yo anduve distrae yéndola." Memo said quickly before you could even say anything. "Si deberías de andar pidiéndome perdón pinche plebe-" She says before she immediately stops and realizes who she was talking to. "AY MIJO PERDÓN NI ME DI CUENTA QUIEN ERAS, POR FAVOR PÁSELE." She said immediately regretting what she was just saying. You and Memo look at each other laughing at what just happened. Dad finally comes inside after being outside the whole time "Memooo donde andabas? Ya  no te necesite para el trabajo" said dad "Perdón me quede hablando con y/n.." said memo. Dad look at you suspiciously knowing how he feels about you talking to boys "Ah esta bien, esa parece perico siempre hable y hable." dad said laughing giving you the sus face. "Puesss yo me voy a ir a mi cuartooo..." You said nervously and ran up the stairs.

       30 min later Memo asked your parents where the restroom was (the restroom is next to your room) As he went upstairs you could hear him coming your heart started beating, this whole time you weren't shy being around him but now you're getting nervous at the thought of him. You hear a knock on your door and you immediately knew it was Memo. "Come in" you said "Hey y/n I need to tell you something." Memo said nervously.
