They don't have the problem of the predator-prey thing but the situation where Sia proves that Yuki isn't afraid of her is quite funny.Btw, leads me to this idea:
Big Swirl Island In the past I had this problem, there were wild animals that couldn't control their instincts and wanted to hurt others, that's why they were removed from the population, towards abandoned parts of BSI.
Rarely the cadets (of the old generation) have the mission to deal with them, don't let them get close to others and hurt them.
Part of their uniforms are armor for that reason, but it's also because there are quite a few natural disasters in BSI.
Missions back then were pretty rydss.

Yuki refuses to hurt them, since she knew those animals in the past, and she doesn't know how they ended up like this.It should be noted that Yuki lives on Big Swirl Island (I never said it, I think, but hey) Yuki doesn't want to fight against the same ones with whom she lived on the island, and because they are also animals alike and she has faith that they can change (poor her).
