"Isn't fifteen files too much...?" Yoohyeon spoke looking at Luda who placed two cups of coffee on the desk.

Mija had ordered Yoohyeon to complete all the files today itself. She had promised Yoohyeon that she will stay with her as well for her to complete the files.

"I don't have a say in it..." Luda spoke walking beside Yoohyeon, she sat over her chair.

Yoohyeon checked her wrist watch, it was almost two am.

"Why are you waiting? You can leave, I'll complete the files. It's already late." Yoohyeon spoke looking at Luda.

"No, no, i stay nearby. I can wait with you, it's your first day." Luda smiled at her genuinely.

Yoohyeon hummed, she started focusing on the files, it was her ninth file now.

"I must say you're good for your first day. Ma'am doesn't give extra work to anyone on their first day..." The black haired girl whispered, gently bringing the cup of coffee towards Yoohyeon.

"How much files do the employees get on their first day?" Asked Yoohyeon.

"Not even five. If ma'am is impressed with the work, she leaves them before the actual time."

Yoohyeon sighed, it obviously meant that Mija gave her extra files purposely.

The silver haired girl felt Luda's hand over her shoulder, "I'm sorry she gave you more work than you're supposed to do." Luda expressed her pity.

"It's alright." Yoohyeon smiled at her, her pocket vibrated with phone, she reached inside her pocket, she got up from the chair, "Urgent call." She whispered looking at Luda before moving out of the cabin.

Yoohyeon received Minji's call once she was out,

"I'm calling you since an hour. What are you doing?"

"Sorry, i didn't notice your call. I'm working."

"Working? It's past midnight. Did mom gave you extra work?"

"No, no-"

"Give the phone to mom."

"Minji, she won't like it please let's not stretch it. I can complete the work."

"I know you can complete the work but the way she's treating you is not right, so pass the phone and don't make me repeat it again."

Yoohyeon sighed at Minji's stubbornness, she started walking towards Mija's cabin.

Seeing Mija busy over the laptop she knocked twice over the door before entering inside, Mija looked up at Yoohyeon.

"What?"

"Ma'am, Minji wants to talk to you..." Yoohyeon spoke walking slowly towards Mija.

The black haired woman slammed the file she had in her hands over the table, "I can't believe it, you're such a snitch!" She commented.

Getting up from the chair, Mija walked towards Yoohyeon, snatching her phone, she placed it over her ear,

"She didn't snitch on you. Can you leave her now?"

"She has not completed the files yet."

"Mom, she can complete it tomorrow. It's her first day for God's sake!"
