Once upon a time, Samuel was invited to his friend's house for a sleepover. They had pizza, played video games, and chatted about their school lives until late at night. Eventually, they both got sleepy and decided to go to bed.
Samuel, being a night owl, couldn't fall asleep easily. He decided to get up and wander around his friend's house in the middle of the night. As he was walking down the hallway, he heard a strange noise coming from the dark corner of the room. His curiosity piqued, he decided to investigate.
As he got closer, he noticed something strange - the walls were covered in moss and fungus. A shiver ran down his spine. Suddenly, Samuel saw something move out of the corner of his eye. It was a faint, ghostly figure of a teenage girl, staring at him with empty black eyes.
Samuel froze with fear. The ghostly figure approached him slowly, and he could feel cold breath on his face. But then, a miracle happened - his two cats, Mindy and Moon, jumped out from the shadows and attacked the ghostly figure with their claws. The ghostly figure disappeared with a shriek.
Samuel was grateful to his cats for saving him from the ghostly apparition. But as he turned to leave, he suddenly remembered something. He had forgotten to tell his friend that he had a crush on him. Samuel felt a pang of sadness and regret.
The next day, Samuel left his friend's house feeling both happy and sad. He was happy that he had survived a supernatural encounter, but sad that he had missed an opportunity to tell his friend about his feelings. So, he decided to write a letter to his friend and reveal everything he had been feeling. To his surprise, his friend responded positively and they ended up dating.
From that day on, Samuel was happy and content knowing that he was loved. And he always made sure to show appreciation to his cats, who he believed had saved his life.
