Skipping several weeks ahead, the new school year is about to start.
(I forgot to include this in the last chapter. It was after showing Eri magic. --> "Hey, Eri? I just noticed that you never smile." Izuku said.
"Smile? What's that? Is it something bad?" Eri asked.
"No, no. Nothing bad. See?" Izuku said as he smiled in front of her. "This is a smile."
Eri begins grabbing at her cheeks before tearing up a little bit. "I can't do that." She said sadly.
"Hey, don't worry. I promise that you'll be able to smile soon." Izuku said, wiping the tears from Eri's face.)
Izuku spent those weeks helping Eri learn how to control her quirk as well as teaching her and Inko how to use magic.
At some point, Izuku went and legally adopted Eri.
Izuku spent the time mastering the use of his spells while he trained Eri in basic alteration magic. He also taught Inko basic to novice-level healing magic. Inko can currently heal a broken arm, but anything more than that and she runs out of her limited supply of magic. Eri can currently change hair color/style.
Izuku also taught them how to train their magic. This includes mastering spells, because the more you master a certain spell, the less magic it takes to do it again until it barely costs anything.
Eri was completely comfortable around Inko by now.
It was now the morning of the entrance exam.
"Alright, I'm off." Izuku said, grabbing the door handle.
"Have fun. And don't go too hard on the exam. Leave some points for the others." Inko said, walking over. She then hugged him. "I'm so proud of how far you've come."
"Thanks." Izuku said, smiling softly. "Eri, be good for grandma, won't you?"
"Of course!" Eri said, smiling brightly. (Look, she spent weeks with Izuku AND Inko. If she wasn't smiling by the end of summer break, then I call BS.)
"Good girl." Izuku said, patting Eri's head. He then turn around and walked through the door.
Skipping ahead a bit, we see Izuku standing outside of UA's front gate.
"Here we go." Izuku said to himself before walking in.
Once Izuku was inside the building, he was directed to an auditorium for the exams opening lecture.
"Alright! Now who's ready to do this?!" The man who walked up to the podium said. This man was the Pro-Hero, Present Mic.
He got no response.
"Jeez, tough crowd. Anyway, the exam that you will be taking today consists of two parts. A written test, and a physical one. In just a moment, you may begin the written test."
Present Mic then presses a button on the podium. Just then, each desk that everyone was sitting at opened up and several papers came out before the desks closed back up, leaving the papers behind.
"BEGIN!!" Present Mic shouted.
Skipping to the end of the test (And much of the following lecture), we see Present Mic explaining how everyone is going to score the points required for being accepted into UA.
"And that brings us to our point scoring system. As you can see, we have three different robots, each worth 1, 2, and 3 points respectively. Now-" Present Mic said.
"EXCUSE ME, SIR!!" A boy with blue hair called out.
"What now?" Present Mic thought. "Yes, little listener?" He said aloud.
