This morning I woke up earlier than usual, and made myself and my dad breakfast. I have to say, I was really getting the hang of making blueberry pancakes. I made sure I had my bag packed with all my books because I always seem to forget. I got to the bus stop just in time and the bus driver said, "Morning kid, why don't you go sit by the new kid, Aj, Andrew, wait..." "Alex", he replied raising his hand. "Oh right, Alex," I could remember him, but from where? I walked towards him and realized that he was the guy who I knocked over in the hallway. "Hey, I'm Alex and you are?", he said with a bright smile as I sat down next to him. "I'm Gina, nice to meet you," I replied. I turned around and saw Brooks talking to his friend and waved, and he smiled and went back to his conversation. I sighed. "Boy troubles, eh?", Alex said with a grin. I laughed. "No, I mean not really. Maybe? I'm not really sure", I replied slumping down in my seat. We got to the school and I was walking to my locker as Brooks stopped me, "Hey, I'm sorry we couldn't talk on the bus, you know how Jason is. Anyways I'm sorry you had to sit with the new freak..." "Actually he was pretty..", I tried to continue, but Brooks cut me off. "I just was wondering if you could maybe come with me to a party tonight?" he said with a smile. "Um, sure.", I replied. "Thanks Gina, I'll pick you up at 8", he said before giving me a kiss. As I turned around walking back to my locker, everyone had their eyes on me. What was the problem? Did I have gum in my hair? I got to my locker and was very surprised by a hug from Jordan. "Hey girl! I missed you!!", she said while grabbing my books out my locker for me. "Um, hi Jordan. What's with the welcome hug?" "Well, I wanted you to tell me what's going on between you and Brooks." I sighed, "Jordan, you know I don't like to talk about these kind of things." "I know but you're my very very very very best friend and you always tell me everything now matter if you like it or not." Jordan's statement was the truest thing I've heard all day. "Fine, come over after school and I'll tell you", I said walking into my first class of the day. She smiled,"See you later Smiley", she said winking at me,as I finally noticed I was blushing the whole entire time. Oops.

Hey guys so this was a REALLLYY boring chapter and I'm kind of on writers block. I hope you're liking the story so far, and I promise the next chapter will be WAY better!
