Uncomfortable noises. A hard ground. Crawled up by himself, not aware of his current surroundings. The only thing on his mind, "mom... dad..." As he slightly quivers in pain. At last he had awoken with a scream. He noticed he was in a glass cage unable to get out. His arm may be patched up but that isn't the problem now.
"Hey, calm down now." A voice just beside him calls. "Who are you and where am I?! Where are my parents?!" As he stood up and walked in their direction. "To answer your questions, my name is Cynthia, this is a laboratorium and I do not know where your parents are... And you won't be able to meet them ever." she calmly responded while slightly leaning back.
Enraged, Jun punched the glass wall, shocking the girl. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN I WON'T BE ABLE TO MEET THEM?" he shouts angrily. Cynthia told him to be more quiet. She fixes her posture and throws back her neither long nor short silky hair.
Explaining that like Jun, she was also kidnapped after the slaughter of her parents. Jun calmed down a little as they both evenly shared the same pain. Though it wasn't the first time he lost his parents.
It wasn't Cynthia's first time there but so far she hasn't experienced anything horrific. Only her newly made friends being taken one by one, sometimes not returning. "What do they even do here, Cynthia?" Jun asked in boredom. "I don't know, but I just know that it's something bad." Hearing that, Jun understood because of what he just recently witnessed in his house before.
Still being shaken by his adoptive parents' death. He is currently trying to think of a way to escape this place. Though doing that may be a problem since the cage he's in is made out of indestructable glass and some outstanding technology to open.
"There's no use, we will only need to wait for our death now." Cynthia tried to say. "If I'm just here accepting the fact that my parents are killed AND being kidnapped, I can't just shake this off." Admiring his efforts, she decides to try and motivate him.
Though those efforts did not end up as what he wanted, just small scars appearing on his body as he tries to break the glass. It was obvious it was indestructible yet he is very stubborn.
Jun got tired fast after all his efforts went into nothing. He backed down and fell to the ground, the result of his tiredness. Knowing his efforts, Cynthia told him to just call it a day as it was already late. Confused, Jun looked at her and asked how she could even know the time. "It's simple!" she excitedly explained.
She pointed at the wall, the one in front of her. There was a person who was taken to another room. That person was quite the aggressive type and managed to break a hole on the wall. Outside, a window can be spotted. "Because of the wall, we could basically see what was outside like the time."
Speechless, Jun was impressed with how she noticed it. "Are you some kind of genius?" Cynthia laughed, "It's just something simple! Though it may not seem that possible because it's only a small hole." They both laughed and forgot all their problems. Agreeing to just sleep, they rest.
But deep down, Jun will never forgive those who laid hands on his parents with such aggression. Clenching his fist, he punched the ground. Cynthia not noticing as she had already fallen asleep. The thought of his parents death....
Thinking if he ever meet those people ever again. He would not know the word mercy. Anger fills his head. All crawled up by himself, he sobs quietly asleep.
"I'll make them pay."
