my comfort crowd doesn't have many people, and I like it, Nobody speaks to me though and I just smile through it. my breaths getting short and I'm unsteady, I'm fine, I'm fine is all I hear, kicking empty plastic bottles under suburbs. I just need people around, just company now, my comfort crowd, hours thinking about nothing are all I could wish for but when one foul word escapes someone's mouth it makes me rot all the way to the core, you can't see it, but believe it. I just need a few around, just company now, my comfort crowd. Fun moments fill the memories like bottles over the sea, laughter escapes our lips like loud silence when its awkward between you and me, embarrassing stories we share, dance like no ones there. I just needed someone around, just company now, you are my comfort crowd. Months go by, shouting and arguments like air strikes in 1915. your words cut deeper than knives. I just needed someone around, just company now, you were a comfort crowd.. my comfort crowd.
