Its been three hours of doing nothing but sitting in the rolling chair waiting for someone to call. It IS a Tuesday, nobody usually calls, I just don't know why they don't close on Tuesday and open on Saturday.

Finally the phone rings, I didn't pick it up because I was spaced off in my favorite book. It rings again like crazy and then I'm snapped back to reality. I quickly grab the phone but i was to late, it ended. It rang again and I was surprised but this time I picked it up and a shaky voice said "h-hello? My b-baby is hurt." I didn't know what to say so I just said "we can get you in now if that's Ok?" She said "yes yes yes" quickly and she hung up.

I yelled for the vet and told her the news and she got her gear and waited by the door.

The lady drove up in a small car and got out holding a black puppy rapped with a blanket that was covered in blood. I stood up and opened the door for her quickly.

We laid the dog on the table and examined her body, she had lots of bites and scratches. "Do you know what happened?" I asked. She answers with a shivery voice. " y-yes s-s-she got in a f-fight with the neighbors d-dogs." I wrote all her words on a piece of paper.

The doctor fixed the dog up and I sat back down at the desk watching the clock on the computer. The lady walked up and paid me and gave me a tip and said "thank you so much sweety your the sweetest girl on earth." I simply smiled and gave her the papers.

She left and I looked at the clock and saw that I needed to go home.

I locked up and left the office. I got in my steaming car and blew the air conditioning. I backed out of the parking lot and almost got hit by a moron texting on his phone. I skidded to a stop and gave him the finger. I don't know if he saw because he texting.

When I got on the highway I went into cruse and I got a phone call from my dad. "Hey, when are you coming home?" "Dad I'm coming home from work, I told you I had a job." "Ooh yeah. Sorry I forgot, well see you when you get home." Okay? Okay.
