Y/n is dealing with insomnia but her girlfriend Halle doesnt know that. After Halle finishes on set earlier than expected, she decides to surprise y/n. When she gets home she finds y/n on the couch watching TV like its broad daylight. 

"Y/n what are you doinggggg," Halle says and walks towards her.

"Oops," y/n says, "can't sleep."

"Is this what you do when im on set?" Halle asks crossing her arms.

"Ummmmm," y/n answers, "maybe."

Halle giggles and pulls y/n by the arms making her stand up. 

"Well now your sleeping with me," she says and picks y/n. 

She carries y/n to there bedroom and plops her on the bed. Halle crawls to the other side and stretches the blanket to cover them. Little did Halle know, the reason y/n suffered with insomnia was because she was afraid of the dark and she was scared to tell Halle because it might sound childish to her. Y/n hugs Halle and it takes a while for her to fall asleep. The next day y/n is not as  energetic and Halle notices. Later that night Halle and y/n get ready for bed together and sleep. Y/n grabs her phone from the counter thinking Halle is asleep and scrolls through instagram. Out of nowhere Halle snatches the phone.

"Why are you on your phone?" Halle demands.

Y/n sighs then tells her about her fear of the dark.

"Aww sweetie," she says, "dont worry."

She goes on y/n's phone and turns on a setting for a night light. Y/n feels safe enough and thanks Halle. They hold each other in there arms and fall asleep.
