Julia.

I was heading to work when I realized that I was running late, so I decided to turn into an alleyway as a short cut. I continued down the alleyway when I heard a bunch of commotion. I kept going, figuring that I already reached the end of the alley. I took a turn to the right when I saw hundreds of people, and booths. There must've been a vendor sale going on or something. All the people were really dressed down in dirty shirts and shorts, some were dressed better than others. I don't think they were homeless, just didn't really care how they looked. I walked down through the little market place. I looked on the booths, and to my shock, someone was selling guns, knives, and various weapons. I was really surprised, but kept on. Too late to turn now. As I looked further and further, there were worse things for sale. Drugs, more weapons, organs, and even living people. Had I just entered a black market? That couldn't be possible. I kept a straight face as I continued, finally reaching the end. I really hoped I didn't stand out considering I was in my nice work clothes. I made sure to keep my hand close to my knife the whole time.

I looked over to my left to see a nicely dressed man, at least compared to everyone else. He wore a nice white long sleeved button up shirt and black dress pants. He held his suit jacket over his shoulder. His hair with a purple-ish red, it was very shaggy I suppose. His eyes were a deep brown, more like a black. He was sitting with his friends , who weren't dressed nearly as nicely as him. He clearly was the leader of the group. We made eye contact. I quickly looked away, as I did, I saw that in his other hand he was spinning and twirling a dagger around his fingers.

I quickly walked away, making a right turn. Of course I ended up in a dead end. Now I was definitely going to be late to work. I decided to turn around, and when I did, I saw that man again. I held my hand close to my pocket, where my knife was.
"What are you doing here alone, pretty lady?" The man said to me
"I was just passing by" I said, keeping my fear hidden down.
"Is that so?"
"Yes. Now if you excuse me, I am running late for work. I really must go."
I started to walk away, but then he grabbed my arm, turning me towards him. I was shocked. He then grabbed my shoulder, putting his dagger against my neck.
"How do I know you won't go and tell the police about the market?' he said, with a evil look on his face. He looked cold, and kind of angry aswell.
"I won't, but how do you know anyone won't? A person that seems to fit in the most can end up being someone who is undercover." I said.
The man looked into my eyes, with a malicious grin on his face.
"You're right. You're quite decisive, young lady." He said. "My name is Apollo, what's yours?" He kept the dagger close to my neck still, but not as tightly now.
I raised my eyebrow, looking at him. "Julia." I said.

He slowly pulled his dagger away from my neck, then let go of my shoulder. "Well, Julia. You really stuck out like a sore thumb here. You know, you should really be more careful. My black market is a very dangerous place." He had a evil gleam in eye. I really hoped he wasn't up to anything. But what did he mean by His black market? Was he the person that ran it. I scanned him up and down. I mean he seemed rich enough, by his looks, I suppose.
"Yeah I was just leaving." I said
Soon his gang arrived, blocking any way of leaving. Great that's just what I wanted. Trapped with this man, not knowing what he's capable of. He was still staring at me with his pericing gaze.
I needed to find a way out, fast.
