KALEGO'S POV

3 days after the prom ended

I was sitting in Balam's couch in his office when he suddenly spoke

"hey Kalego-kun, have you seen Y/n?"

I replied 
"No, why are you looking for her?"

he took out a small rectangle box that was wrapped in yellow ribbons
"this is my present to her and I plan to give it to her personally"

I raised an eyebrow by hearing his words
"a present? why? is it her birthday?"

Kalego took out his phone and looked at his calendar for a bit before looking back at Balam
"her birthday is in October 5th, its June 24th today. what's the occasion for your gift?" 

Balam looked while tilting his head
"Well, first of all. Y/n is leaving in 2 weeks so I'm giving her a gift for remembrance of us, and second of all. You put a date in your calendar for Y/n's birthday?"

Kalego's eyes widened at the thought of Y/n leaving after 2 weeks
"2 weeks?!?! why is she leaving so suddenly?!?"

Balam sighs at seeing his reaction
"Yes, I thought you knew she was a temporary teacher?"

Kalego groans in frustration as he buries his face in his hands
"that's right, I forgot... dammit"

He cursed under his breath as Balam sighs once more

Kalego then stood up and said to Balam
"ill go look for Y/n, give me your gift so I can give it to her*

Balam rubs the back of his neck as he replied
"but I wanted to give this to her myself..."

Kalego sighs as he nods
"alright, ill be on my way then"

Balam then said
"but still though, you have the birthday of Y/n on your phone?"

Y/N'S POV

I was walking in the school's hallway after I visited Iruma in his battler 

I decided to buy a drink since I was getting a little thirsty 

but I saw Kalego along the way, he approached me with his scowl on his face as usual but this time I noticed it was a little... softer? I decided to keep my thoughts to myself as he was already in front of me

"good morning Kalego, is there anything you need from me?"

he nodded as he replied
"so you're leaving after 2 weeks, huh?"

I nodded as my smile widened
"yep, ill make sure to make my remaining time here memorable before I leave"

he then reached out his hand with a smirk on his face
"alright, to make your memories more memorable go out with me"
