11: The Official Decision (Pt. 2 of "The Party")

Taurus POV

I let Scorpio stay the night, since Libra and Sagittarius were kinda hogging his dorm. We were all snuggled up until I decided to get up and get dressed for school today. I walked to my closet and put on some random clothes.

Shortly, after I woke Scorpio up and told him to get out. "Why?" He asks. "We have school," I reply. "Besides it's my dorm, not yours, so scoot," I continue. "No," He replies. " I'll give you two bucks to get out of my dorm, do we have a deal?" I ask him. He gladly takes the two bucks and leaves.

"Sayonara!" I yell but not too loud. "Good morning, you're up early," Aries says while yawning. "Well, yeah, today's the day we learn to control our powers!" I beam with excitement. "Careful, there, we have Ms. Serpent for powers class and she's pretty strict," Aries explains. 

"Well, yeah, but at least we'll learn to do magic and powers!!" I explain. Aries shrugs and gets dressed. "So what's for breakfast?" She asks. "Bacon and Eggs," I tell her. "But you hate eggs," Aries tells me. "Yeah, but I don't really care," I explain. She shrugs again.

"So how are things?" I ask. "Okay, I guess," She replies. "Why?" I ask. "I'm getting kinda bored with my relationship with Aquarius. I mean, we never even talk as much as we did before," Aries explains. "You're lucky you have someone who actually pays attention to you," Aries rants.

"Yeah, well, he doesn't really get me at times, at least you have someone who knows who you are on both sides," I respond. "True, true," Aries replies. After we finished eating, we headed downstairs to our first class of the day, powers!

"Welcome, everyone to powers class. Now, I know we haven't did much this year, as there is only two months left of school being, we will learn to control our powers starting today! I will put you in your groups based on element and cooperation. So, these are your groups." Miss Serpent finishes saying and hands a list of people to everyone.

It reads:

Elemental Groups: Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn

Elemental Groups: Aries, Leo, Sagittarius

Elemental Groups: Aquarius, Gemini, Libra

Elemental Groups: Pisces, Cancer, Scorpio

Cooperative Groups: Taurus, Scorpio, Libra, Virgo

Cooperative Groups: Aquarius, Aries, Libra, Gemini, Sagittarius

Cooperative Groups: Pisces, Cancer, Capricorn, Leo

"You may pick your groups based off that paper," Miss Serpent finally says. I raise my hand. "Yes, Miss Taurus?" She asks. "I'll take the first cooperative group, no questions asked," I say cooly.

She nods. Ophiuchus raises her hand. "Yes, dear?" Miss Serpent asks. "Tell them," Ophiuchus mutters. "Oh, right, Ophiuchus is now officially a zodiac sign," Miss Serpent says smirking. We all look surprised. "So, mommy, why don't you put me in the first cooperative group, huh?" Ophiuchus taunts. 

She really is the Queen of Taunting. Miss Serpent nods. "Groups!" She yells. We all get in our groups and everybody is still in shock that Ophiuchus is officially a zodiac sign and is now one of us. This would be a nightmare. 

"So, Scorpio do you need help finding your power?" I ask. He shakes his head. "Ok, then," I say. "What about you guys?" I ask. They all shake their heads except for Ophiuchus. "What do you need help with?" I ask her. "How to really get to people and heal them," She responds. "My powers basically the same as Virgo's, except more powerful," Ophiuchus taunts.

"Do you need help, Taury?" Ophiuchus taunts again. I shake my head. 'Focus on you, less her, she's just trying to make you flop and fail, you got this, come on Taurus!' I think. "Uh, Taurus?" Libra says, snapping me out of my thoughts. "Whoa," I say in shock. "Did I do that——m-make you float?" I ask. She nods her head. "Now, put me down!" Libra says.
