Thirst

Chapter 18

It's been a month since the twins were born and Hinata finally healed. She still couldn't comprehend what happened that night, when her father came to visit her.

It brought great relief to know that she made her family proud and brought honor back to her clan. She began to notice Pein been acting strange...well stranger around her, mostly more alert than usual.

Hinata asked Konan what happened and she told her, that's something Pein needs to talk to her about.

She stepped out of the shower and stared at her new scar across her belly. Of all the scars she has, this was the worst one, but unlike the others she saw it as blessing. Her children.

She tied up her robe  and check on the twins. She smiled as they slept peacefully and looked at the charms around their necks. Himawari has the yellow one and Boruto has the blue one.

It brought her attention that it was similar to Naruto's green gem. 

Naruto received his from Tsunade when he was a kid as a gift. It was specially made for him to help control his demonic powers and Hinata began to wonder if all of this is connected.

How did Hiashi receive this gems? Unless the Hyugas has been allies with the Uzumaki Clan, but she couldn't figure out why that is.

"Hime?"

Hinata jumped a bit and saw Naruto looking at her worried.

"I didn't mean to scare you."

"No, you're fine. I was just in deep thought." Hinata reassured him and he wrapped his arms around his mate, placing his chin on her shoulder, looking at his children.

"We sure make beautiful children." Naruto grinned.

"Our little treasures." Hinata smiled, rubbing Himawari's chubby cheeks. Naruto's eyes soften, never imaging he would be a father of amazing kids and having a breathtaking mate.

"Come on, we should let them rest." Naruto kissed her cheek. Hinata nodded and kissed her children on their foreheads, and walk back to their bedroom.

Not knowing a certain blonde was watching.

~ In their room ~

There were time he wondered if this was all a dream and if it was he never wants to wake up. He didn't believe it would be this possible to be happy and all of this started was because of a late night snack.

Speaking of.

"You know, Hime~" His voice gone a bit deep as he caged Hinata between the door, inside their room.

"It's been a while, since we had alone time." Naruto said, his eyes darkening slowly untying her robe and her eyes flashed lilac, and pulled him into a heated kiss.

She shoved him on the bed and got on top.

"Remember the safe word?"

She grabbed her robe tie.

"Ramen?"

"Good boy." She tied the robe tie around his eyes.

 ~ Tooboe's Castle ~

~ In her study ~

'THAT FUCKING BITCH!' 

Tooboe screamed throwing a glass to the wall. She received word that Danzo was killed in a collapse hideout, but she knew Hinata was involved somehow.

'WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET RID OF THAT THING?!' 

Tooboe tried the Akatsuki, but instead they turned her backs on her. Danzo is dead. No matter what she does, the dhampir keeps coming back.
