Ok, so, recently I've been coming up with things to add to Y/n (aka my oc Aly) in The Split Element. Now, some of this isn't major enough to be written into the main story, or to feature in a stand alone one-shot. HOWEVER, some are, and I may work on some of them during the summer since I've finished college now until September.

Anyway, you don't wanna hear me talking about me, so onto the Info-Dump:

- Y/n had two boyfriends and one girlfriend before she got with Zane (yes she's bisexual). The two boyfriends she had during her time in high school (secondary school for my fellow English peeps). Her boyfriends were kinda jerks to her, so they didn't last long. Her girlfriend however, is a different story, and has a slightly bigger impact on Y/n from a story standpoint.

- After finding out Harumi had lied to her about the SoG, Y/n also realised that she'd been keeping her from being genuinely happy, and was so possessive and manipulating that she was basically being controlled by her from the start.

- Y/n lashed out and "snapped" at the other Ninja a few days after returning from the Never-Realm. She was tired, exhausted, and drained on every level and just wanted to be okay for once. Zane ended up snapping at them as well, simply for defending Y/n, and they both ended up getting isolated from the team for a short amount of time.

- Y/n and Zane's bond is extremely important, and they've helped and saved each other in more ways than one. Y/n helps Zane actually feel human, and that he's loved, accepted and genuinely appreciated. And Zane's the one person who's brought real love and comfort into Y/n's life after all the shit she's gone through.

(Some of this stuff is connected to each other trust me)

Y/n's Girlfriend:

- Y/n had a girlfriend in the early days of the Son's of Garmadon (so around 17 years old). A lot of guys tried to flirt with Y/n but she wasn't having it, but then a girl started talking to her and they kinda hit it off; they worked closely together, enjoyed each others company and overall had a great relationship.

- Harumi knew about this, and wasn't too happy, because this girlfriend was taking Y/n away from her SoG duties (she didn't do this on purpose btw). And since this is Harumi, she stepped in; she ended up purposefully giving Y/n more tasks to do, and threatened the gf that if she kept seeing Y/n then she'd get kicked or possibly worse. Both of these things worked, and Y/n and her gf slowly stopped spending time with one another.

- They realised they hadn't been spending time with on another, and eventually called it off. Another factor which caused their break up was Y/n keeping secrets; she still hadn't told anyone about her powers, and when the gf asked anything relating to the topic Y/n would deny it and try to change the subject.

- After they broke up Y/n evaluated her love life so far and how, kinda shitty it was, and tried not to think about having one for a while. But also she said to herself that if she was gonna be with anyone she'd prefer if it were a girl because she treated Y/n a lot better than her boyfriends did. And, well...you know how all that turned out.

(This point is an if and I haven't fully decided on this yet, it could get implemented, but don't hold me to that)

- Y/n's ex-girlfriend, overtime, found a couple of new friends to call her family. And eventually them and a few others were given the opportunity to become Ninja. And thanks to the mayor, they were called the "New Ninja" and tried to save Ninjago to hopefully replace the Ninja, and Y/n ex-girlfriend became the violet Ninja.

- After finding out in person that Y/n was one of the Ninja she had to fight, she held back slightly since she still considered her important. Y/n didn't realise it was her, and the ex-gf realised how much she'd changed since the SoG, both in a good way, and bad way. The others picked up on Y/n's history with the Violet Ninja and asked about it after getting arrested, and she explained (minimally). Zane had little to no reaction to this.
