Cantarella

Standing beside you, our hands intertwined. I try to catch a glimpse of you. But you catch my simple glance, my own heart starts beating fast. You look away, my feelings are hurt, as you now look at your new love. I clench my fists, in jealousy. How can I win you back?

I have loved you more than you will ever know, and yet, you still turn away. Now I will try my best to win your heart, and we can be in love once more

watching you laugh, with him at your side, you don't know if he does love you. I look away, as I grab my chest, and i feel tears falling down my face. I now look back, to you staring, my face starts to blush, but I walk away. As the time starts to fly by, I hear you coming close.

I turn around and see you running to me, and I only glare at you. Still, I grab your hand, and now I lead you to the place I stay calm.

looking back to how I once have treated you, now I regret everything. I now only wish for you to find, your own happiness.

I now realise, that you have only ever thought of me as a good friend. So I shall let all of my love for you go, and I will always be happy or you.
