Today was another day in the small apartment in Seoul in which I had grown to love. My eyes slowly fluttered open, adjusting to the bright daylight that hit my iris's, my eyes immediately shut again as I brought my hands to softly scratch my eyelid I sat up and let out a long and anticipated yawn.
As the morning sunlight filtered through the sheer curtains , I slowly awakened to the gentle hum of the city outside. My eyes fluttered open, greeted by the sight of the beautiful bedroom that surrounds me. Posters adorned the walls, adding bursts of color to the serene atmosphere. A bookshelf stands proudly in one corner, filled with novels and memoirs that have carried me through countless adventures. Guitars rest against the wall, their polished bodies gleaming in the soft light, while drums sit patiently in the corner, waiting to be played. Right beside it perched on a table was an old record player. On the opposite side I had my desk and mirror and chair, where I got ready and done schoolwork.
My moment of admiration was disturbed by a loud voice
"Your finally awake!"I heard a voice a yell from the other side of the house i immediately knew it was Hana.
I listened to her footsteps as she ran towards my door , knocking messily before pushing the door open. She revealed herself and was dressed in her childish penguin pyjamas with a sheet mask covering her face, she ran and flopped onto my bed lying down.
"Good morning Akane Misaki !"She yelled
"Why are you so damn loud today, what happened."I asked genuinely
"I'm happy for you, Did you already forget silly, your song is coming out today.I listened genuinely it was so crazy good and beautiful and amazing."
"It just blows my mind how you made that your so young and talented and pretty aswell when I was 16 I was failing school." She made hand gestures trying to express herself.
"Yeah I'm failing school too."I laughed softly , before I let out a dramatic sigh and collapsed back onto my back.
"No come on today , I'm taking you out."
I sat back up and scrunched my eyebrows,
"No I'm staying in and sleeping."
"You have to go and get some air outside , your mom told me to take care of you to be strong and healthy."
"Okay fine, I guess I'll go out but just this once."I sighed.
I rested my hands on her shoulders reassuringly.
"Oh how, you've matured so much over the years Misa, I'm so proud." She got up to wrap her arms around my shoulders and hug me, I hugged her back.
