Prologue:

I was ordinary back then.I lived an ordinary life with ordinary friends,an ordinary family in an ordinary house.I was your typical school-girl,with normal ups and downs.I had no idea how dramatically my life was going to change in the next few months.How I would go from doing homework every night,to singing for thousands of people every night.But let me start from the beginning.The VERY beginning...

Chapter One:

I was born on September 23,1996.My dad was from London,England and my mom was from Boston, Massachusetts.They met when my dad came here for college.My father soon started seeing my mother,they bought a house in Boston,and wallah,my older sister Stacy, my younger brother Noah, and I were born.My dad is a college professor at the university where he used to study, and my mom is a doctor.We lived in a calm neighborhood,in a normal 2-story house.My brother and I were going to high-school then,while my sister went to college across the country in Chicago.Summer vacation had just started,so I would go swimming and hang out with Jade, at the local ice-cream shop to flirt with the cute cashier.

I remember I was IN LOVE,almost obsessive,over this boyband,One Direction.My room was covered with posters of them,and I fangirled over them whenever I could. 

 

So anyways,I had just gotten home from Sweet Scoops and I had decided to bring my friend Jade over with me.We were incredibly bored,and my mom and Noah wouldn't be home in an hour. 

"God,what are we going to do?!"Jade asked. 

"I dont know"I replied."But I need a shower. 

"Okay,ill wait here.You got any soda?" 

I pointed to the 'fridge and headed upstairs. 

I went into my room,grabbed my clothes and hair supplies,and headed into the bathroom.As I turned on the water and took off my clothes,I sang Who Says,by Selena Gomez. 

"WHO SAYS?WHO SAYS YOUR NOT PERFECT..."I sung,as I brushed the tangles out of my hair.I felt the water,realizing it was warm.Belting out the last notes of the song,I stepped into the rushing water. 

A few minutes later,I was back downstairs,pulling out snacks from cupboards. 

"Jade,where are you?!"I yelled.Jade had disappeared. 

"COMING!!"She screamed as she thundered down the stairs. 

She stayed the night,and we did a Harry Potter marathon like we usually do.Next morning we said our goodbyes,she was going on vacation in the Caribbean for the rest of the summer,and I would be stuck in Massachusetts. 

"What am I going to do without you?"I sulkily said. 

"No worries,you'll be having an AWESOME summer,trust me."she said with a wink. 

"And whats that supposed to mean,Miss Mysterioso?" 

"Just trust me."And she waltzed out my front door.
