I felt sick.
I felt guilty.
I felt weak.
I was the weaker one in this match.
How could the man just give his life up just like that? What did he go through in his life to just be able to do that without thinking?
I stood there, watching the darkness eat away at the man. I swallowed, hard, trying to get rid of the nausea. My hand twitched as I began to feel a darkness growing inside of me...
Knowing that I was soon going to be a victim if I didn't move, I shuffled over to my belongings as the darkness spills over bookshelves and broken furniture. The entire mood of the room changes, it was dark and lonely....it seemed to drag me down, making me feel as if I was sinking into the floor.
I blink as I realize a shadow has already begun to crawl up my leg. I then gasp as I run, trying to get rid of it.
The Darkness swallowed old jars and mirrors making them shatter in an instant.
I shrieked as a mirrors surface bursted onto my skin cutting me even more. I sprint down a slender hallway and I begin to gasp for air. The Darkness had reached my jawline at that time.
I ran down to the doorway and I tried to breath in fresh air but I was restricted. I saw the moon rise above the city, staring down at us, boasting about its freedom to us. I began to drift off to unconsciousness as I fell into the cold concrete with my head sending a sharp pain.
Then, my vision went blurry, only leaving me see a silhouette of a man.
My mind began to go into a panic as the Darkness swallowed me, is HE the Darkness? A cold wave grew over me as he picked me up.
Yes, he is the Darkness.
I wanted to run, I waned to scream, I wanted to survive the dark...but it was now questionable, now that my fate has been placed into this shadows arms.
