"Why wouldn't you just ask her ass out!" My brother dalvin said and I waved him off. " If you don't, I will." I cut him off by slapping the back of his head.
"Ouch!" He said and everyone turn towards us. I immediately put my head down and focus on my work." Just breathe deVante. Just breathe." I said to myself closing my eyes.
"Mr dalvin, is there something you wanted to ask the classroom?" He said and dalvin rolled His eyes." Asking yo asss to get da hell outta this school." He said under his breath and the class laughed.
Corny ass joke
"DeVante would you like to come up here and answer the question since you smarter then your brother." I open my eyes and sallow hardly.
I got up from my sit going down the stairs. Mrs lovely give me the marker and i read the question before answering it.
"So the question says what does 58k + 5 =, right?" I said as everybody looks at nodded they head. "So first you cancel terms that are in both the numerator and denominator then you divide the numbers. And get..... k = 4/29." I said smiling as everybody clapped they hands and whistled.
The teacher smiled at me and nodded his head. I gave him his marker back going back upstairs to my desk, dapping people up. I looked over to my right seeing that y/n waved at me smiling. Moving my head up lil and she blush turning around.

"If you like him so much, why wouldn't you ask him out?" My friend Lisa said and I looked at her." Don't know?" I said as she sighs."The same with 'Mr DaVlIn." I said mocking his vice and she giggled.
"Not to much on my man, even though he ain't." I shrugged my shoulders finishing my homework. Putting my Walkman on my hand, putting on lauryn hill.
Today I was Wearing a denim jacket and a black windbreaker layered over a black turtleneck. With black trousers, black boots, and a knitted hat.
Since today was Monday and I had my hair down which was straight but like curly. and black with a little bit of blonde in it. Which is very noticeable.
I him to the song while writing my answers on my book and notes. I turn my Walkman up loudly so I can't hear the teacher voice nomore.
Couple of minutes of by, I fall asleep in the classroom listing to laurynhill other album. I felt somebody tap my shoulder three times and i finally wake up.
I seen deVante and his friends included jojo, kci, and New edition. I immediately looked the other way as I heard them laughed. "Come on we have to leave." DeVante said grabbing my things for me.
He pulls my hand softly and I got out of my chair and push to the front." This girl left me alone." I said under my breath.
"Sure did." Kci said but got slap by jojo. Jojo never hits kci which is weird. I brush it off as I walked with DeVante and the boys walks behind us.
"Can I talk to you privately..." DeVante said side eyed the boys and they waved him off and scoffing.
I nodded my head as went to a different classroom with nobody in it just empty." I have a crush on you y/n. You probably don't feel the same and i understand that you wanna be just friends. But i can't keep hiding this l-Iove forever." He said playing with his fingers looking down.
Grabbing his face before speaking "I feel the same way and no i don't like you , I love you Donald from the bottom of my heart." I said smiling before kissing his soft lips.
He smiled pulling away." I love you more.." before pulling back in the kiss.
