Along pause, after i said those words. The awkward atmosphere start feeling a little bit more comfortable, i can see the relief face in his. He smiled at you and it was different. It was actually a genuine smile from him. It's quite weird site to see, because i always see him just being flirty and playful all the time.

"THANK YOU, THANK YOU SO MUCH. YOU WILL NEVER REGRET MARRYING ME."
He jumped out of his kneeling position and hug me so tight, I barely could breathe.

"Awh, yes, yes, but now let's us set some rules for our 'relationship'." Me facing aiku face and guiding him to the sofa

"Okey, let's start."

" First, we skipped the dating part entirely, so I'm making sure that, this is a committed relationship and a monogamous relationship. I want to have a person that i can trust and care for me. I would love you to stop with your flings. I'm really sorry to said that to you, I know you love that intimacy specially you have a lot of partners in the past, but I'm saving myself for the right person. If it's a deal breaker, please tell me now. I don't you to held back anything."

"I'm okey with that. I will stop all communication with my flings, even if i get a-lot of shits for that, if it makes you happy, i would do that."

"Second, I want us to have open communication, Example if something bothering you, Please just talk me. Maybe a simple how's you day would be great."

"Third I'm a very simple person, i don't want a expensive gift or lavish holiday. I would love us to have that small gesture, like a cooking date at home, a picnic, maybe brung home some flowers here or there."

"Fourth, i think we should hide our relationship. You're the captain of the U-20 league, you have a lot of fans that would be shock about this news. Especially me being you personal assistant/ Manager, it would raise alot of red flag from the federation. I dont want you to lose carrier just because you wanna be with me. Remember that you worked so hard to be in this position, don't be irrational."

"One more thing, please prioritize your career and your future above me because I don't want to drag you down with me. I think that's all from me."

He smiled and replied

"I'm okey with all that everything rules, I don't have any compromise, because the point that you made was reasonable. And I'm honored to be your fiancé."

" So honey, lets discuss the Living arrangement. I would love you to move in to my place. especially us being engage or even life in the same room. You know it's a great practice, you're going to be my future wife anyway."He wicked at me.

I smacked him in the head.

" Can you not, what if there's a paparazzi stalking us. And that's going to stir some rumors. And I cannot lose this job especially I'm saving all my paychecks for college fund next year. And did you forgot that you're one of the simped player in our team aside from Sae. I don't want any scandals to happen to you."

" But you're my manager no one will ever suspect us to be together, especially for the past couple of months you've been by my side for literally 24/7. And you help with the other players as well."

" How about the other players? What if they know that we're together isn't it quite inappropriate?"

"Nah, the guys are chill and plus you're really nice to them and on the other note, they all know that I've been smitten by you since the day you were assigned as my assistant."

" yeah, they were the one who told me to shoot my shot."

" And I never knew that you like me. For the longest time, I thought you were just friendly to me and like I always help you out of the situation, especially from all the women that was flocking on to you."

" back to the living arrangement, so do you want to move into my apartment I mean we can have our own room."

" I think that's a a better idea than the first one."

"Uh, but feel free to go to my room. My doors will be all open for you."

" so you will marry me?"

"Yes Oliver Aiku, I would marry you"

"Thank you Mrs aiku." He tackled me between the sofa and hugged me, like a toddler that just got his candy from the shop

"But, you said that 'i would love to marry you'. So when are you moving in?"
