"Aspen! Jenna!" They heard a voice call from the table as they sat down at the red booth seats. "Where've you been?!"

"I'm sorry, there was a lot of traffic!" Jenna defended with a smile, glancing over at Aspen, knowing that they were only a few minutes late.

"And there was barely any taxis!" Aspen told the gang, taking off her jacket to place on her lap.

She smiled, sitting down beside Liana, letting their bare arms brush slightly, as she turned to the girl with a sheepish smile, quickly and quietly apologising.

"It's alright," she whispered back with a smirk, her eyes dancing around Aspen's face before they moved to look at the rest of the group.

Aspen's gaze lingered a little bit on the redhead before she snapped out of it. She took her bottom lip into her mouth as she looked away finally droning into the cast's conversation.

But as she did, she caught eyes with Jenna whose eyes seemed to travel and inspect her face, before meeting Aspen's and then rolling her eyes slightly looking away from the girl who was wearing a small friendly smile.

Aspen furrowed her brows as she watched the girl roll her eyes. They had been just fine a couple of minutes ago, what had changed? Her thoughts were interrupted by Liana, as she forced her brown eyes from the brunnette.

"What are you thinking about getting?" The redhead beside Aspen asked her, nudging her in the arm slightly and looking up from her menu.

"Uh-" The darker girl looked at Liana, before she finally realised what she had said, only now realising that she should probably grab a menu.

She sighed quietly and slightly dramatically, as her castmate laughed. Her eyes skimmed the name before she realised what type of restaurant it was, now only looking for the types.

"It's an Italian restaurant," Aspen stated clearly, smiling, as if the answer to Liana's question was simple, "It's gotta be a pasta."

"What?!" Her mouth dropped open in shock, the two girls now having their own little conversation as the rest of the cast had their own. Although, Aspen felt like she could feel eyes falling on her every so often. "Pizza is way better. Especially Italian pizza, come on."

Aspen chuckled, shaking her head, "There's no way that you believe that. Pasta is clearly better."

The girl rolled her eyes playfully, looking back at her menu to decide what she was getting. Aspen did the same, her eyes wandering up for a split second, as she felt eyes on her, instantly meeting Jenna's, to whom she gave a soft smile.

The actress' eyes flickered between the redhead and the other girl, her tongue pushing up against the inside of her cheek, completely disregarding Aspen's smile as she looked away.

Aspen stared a bit longer in confusion at the girl's sudden change towards her. Though, she brushed it off when Liana playfully shoved her, "I'm thinking lasagna?"

Her eyes widened at the name of her favourite dish, glancing at the menu for a quick second, before looking at the ginger, her jaw dropping open, "I thought pizza was better?"

Li rolled her eyes, sitting back into her seat with a huff, like a little child, as she continued to read her menu. "How about, you get pizza, I get pasta?"

"No way," Asp smiled, acting offended, "There's no way I'm ruining my meal and getting pizza!"

"C'mon, it'd be fun," the girl looked up through her lashes, "Just to try to change our minds. And if we dont like it we can swap!"

"The fact that you even want to do that proves that pasta is just better," As shrugs, eyes scanning the menu once again.

The bickering continued for a bit, before Aspen finally agreed. The rest of the cast also soon joined into the debate, trying to decide which was better between the two foods, laughs coming from the table as they made jokes, getting to know eachother.

The two girls ended up swapping meals almost instantly, both grimacing at the lack of their favourite Italian restaurant dish.

All throughout the dinner, Aspen could feel a pair of eyes on her, but whenever she looked around, she couldn't find them.

------

Around two or three hours later, The cast had all made their way back to their hotel rooms.

Aspen, tapped her fingers as she waited for the lift, she had decided to stop by the shop before heading back to the hotel for snacks. But then, she remembered she actual needed some other things (groceries) too, ending up returning with two full bags in her hands.

The door to the lift opened after a few minutes, as she repeatedly hit the button with her elbow, hoping that she wasn't seen by any hotel staff.

The door slid open and she instantly stopped pressing the button, stepping back with a sheepish smile, before she saw who stepped out of it.

Jenna. The darker girl smiled, her eyes trailing over her outfit now and noticing that she seemed to be in pyjamas.

Aspen cursed to herself when she felt her eyes dropped down to the girl's toned legs, shown by her grey shorts.

Jenna sighed as she saw the girl, pushing past her and stepping out of the lift, knocking her shoulder and making the bag in her hand drop abruptly to the floor.

"Hey Jen," She greeted, as she put her hand to the lift door, making sure it didn't go up without her.

Jen rolled her eyes, turning to the girl, "Don't," She sighed, before instantly turning around, leaving Aspen stuck in confusion, and herself too. In all honesty, Jenna had no idea why she was acting like this. Why was she acting like this?

Aspen bit into her bottom lip as she watched the girl head up to the front desk, before she disappeared out of view. She shook her head, picking her bag back up off the floor and walking into the lift.

She entered her hotel room not long after, kicking the door shut behind her and placing the bags on the kitchen counter to unpack them.

Though, as soon as Aspen's hand reached into the first bag, she instantly pulled it back out with a wince before looking into it.

The once full and safe eggs now had yolk and whites leaking from the package into the bag, ruining some of the other supplies in her bag, making her groan.

She realised that she had probably walked the full way up to her room, without even noticing from the Jenna mishap.

She groaned into her non-eggy hand, as she thought back to the brunette, smiling lightly, "That bitch," she laughed breathily, fidgetting with the bracelet on her wrist.
