James: James gets in a really cuddly cute mood when he's tired and when it's almost 3 am. So often you two have a 'no your cuter' argument, but after a few minutes of this you end up falling asleep on each other
Remus: You and Remus will discuss books or read to each other. If it was a full moon you will cuddle with him and comfort him, whispering sweet nothings in his ear.
Sirius: you two just sleep, you try your very best to stay up till dawn but you guys always end up falling asleep before anyone else in the dorm.
