What if Bucky wasn't the only Winter Soldier to survive?

Was a normal girl living a normal life in Sydney, Australia but when her parents plan a trip to visit some of their extended family in Siberia. Everything went to shit, Gabby was abducted one night alongside her sister and her extended cousins. It was not to much later one that Gabby realize that they were all abducted by a nazi group called H.Y.D.R.A, she knew about it when they learnt about Captain America during school but she thought they were long gone. 

Gabby, her sister and her extended cousins were all chosen for a program. H.Y.D.R.A wanted to created a new Winter Soldier, but instead of training a grown up to take on the title alongside the original Soldier, they were training a group of young children and seeing which one of them were the best suited for the title. Gabby spent torturous months during the program and even killed her extended cousins with her bare hands as a result of it, she knew if she didn't come out on top she was long dead, it was a do or die situation.

After what seemed like years Gabby came out on top, she had proven herself to be the best role suited for taking on the title even tough she was one of the youngest to be brought into the program. And just like that Gabby lost her freedom and the ability to speak up. Everything Gabby was before was stripped from her, H.Y.D.R.A trained Gabby everyday. Some days even in-till she blacked out and before long Gabby had been there for ten years. Gabby knew what she was doing, killing all these people wasn't right. 

So on her next mission she ran, she ran as far away as she could never stopping to take a breather and before she knew it she had ended up in New York. For the first few nights Gabby would sleep in abandoned buildings but after she met a girl called Millie Tyson who was in the same situation as her, they both stayed together. 

But what happens when the Avengers including Bucky rescue Gabby and take her back to the compound?
