Chilli pepper was proudly prancing around the kingdom, as people walked by she'd occasionally glance at them and steal a few of their valuables
"hmm.. y'know, today might actually be good." She proudly smiled, keeping her mask on her mouth as to not have any people recognise her
"maybe-"
"Chilli pepper cookie!" Gingerbrave happily waved at Chilli pepper, signaling for her to come over
She groaned, slouching as she walked up to Gingerbrave
"whuddya' want." She sounded a bit irritated, probably because her day was going to well until Gingerbrave
"i've heard there's a new cookie in town, she isn't staying for long but she'll be a good asset to the team to fight off Dark Enchantress!" Gingerbrave happily clapped his hands together, he had a pretty good strategy for a 12-13 year old kid
💭 Chilli pepper cookie : seriously? whatever, it's just a cookie.. probably some flower loving dipshit who has a skill of summoning rainbows.
She crossed her arms and sighed,
"and this is important to me, how so?" head tilt
"well.. she's from the wild west and you kinda are too.. so i was wondering if you could help me greet her?" Gingerbrave was a social kid, but he was instantly afraid when it came to intimidating and somewhat tall cookies
Chilli pepper paused
"fiine.. whatever." She rolled her eyes
Gingerbrave happily smiled and walked away with Chilli pepper
A while later..
they were planning on meeting this 'mysterious' person outside of the Caffe to give her a tour around the kingdom as she was going to stay for a bit.
Chilli pepper still had her mask up, she seemed to be alert and looking around
"is something wrong Chilli pepper cookie?" Gingerbrave tilted his head
"something feels.. off." Chilli pepper cookie mumbled, crossing her arms and staring at a familiar shadow that made her heart stop.
Rye cookie walked up towards them, her boots were a familiar sound and her golden tied up hair was a sight to see. She looked down at Chilli pepper and Gingerbrave as she seemed to tower over them a bit
Chilli pepper instantly became uncomfortable, she reached for her back pocket for one of her pepper daggers.
"greetings, welcome to the cookie kingdom!" Gingerbrave happily went to shake Rye cookie's hand
Rye cookie smiled down at Gingerbrave, she went to shake his hand back
"howdy you two. You must be the fellas that are taking me for a spin around town." her voice was deep, quite intimidating and could easily bribe somebody or break them down, her emerald green eyes occasionally glanced at Chilli pepper
"mhm, we're going to do just that!" Gingerbrave happily smiled and put his hands on his hips, staring at Chilli pepper
"right ch-"
