I got a new kimono for my birthday, it was light pink with darker pink designs on it, it's so cute! My mom was taking me to see the fireworks in a bit, I can't wait. I'm going to wear the kimono she got me.

The kimono was not too tight on me but it definitely showed off my curves a lot more than usual. It was pretty. "(Y/N), are you ready?" My mom asked me. "Yes mama." I said as I walked out of my room to meet her.

"Your kimono looks nice." She smiled at me. "Thank you, and thank you for getting me it. It's my favourite gift I got this year." I said back.

"No problem, I just hope you enjoy the fireworks as much as you enjoy this kimono." She said.

"I will if I watch them with you mama." I said to her. She really was my favourite person, she saved my life after all.

We walked around the town, it's night time and the lights are so beautiful. "Mama look how pretty it is." I said to her. "It really is." She said back. She remembered doing things like this with her sister.

"Let's go further down so we can see the fireworks better." My mom said. "Alright." I replied while following beside her.

A man was walking past us when he looked at me up and down. Was he looking at me? Then he looked up at my eyes and whistled. Oh.

My mom glared at him and gripped her sword, which caused him to immediately turn around. 'Crazy lady with a sword.' He thought to himself.

"What was that all about?" I asked mom. He had already left. "Oh nothing to worry about." She said.

"Okay..."
