Daniel's pov
I was in my lab working on my speed project to help me get from one dimension to another world

"So how's it coming along with this whatever it is"

Daniel:hahaha almost then we jump through and for your information Razo this my friend is a cosmic portal,still wish I knew how I came up with this though

Razo:oh if you say so,well if you my ingenious wolf friend are ready maybe we can eat some dinner my girlfriend made

I nodded and took a break to eat then after went back to the cosmic portal and I wish I knew where this idea came from but thanks to my speed ability I can at least make this one way trip to a new world but then a storm passed by and the power outage hit and the portal made a small explosion that hit me and everything went black

Tails chuckled at that and they went to a spot on the hill,same spot where Tails arrived

I opened my eyes to see a cute fox looking at me

Daniel:agh where,where am I and who are you

Tails:hi I'm Miles Prower but you can call me Tails

Sonic:I'm Sonic what's your name bud

Daniel:Daniel and I'm not from wherever we are

Daniel:huh

Tails:the planet we're on is called earth and that town over there down the hill is where me and Sonic live,it's called green hills

Daniel:hmm ok stay here I'll be right back

Tails:whoa he's as fast as you Sonic(sure is cute though, wait did I just)

At Tom and Maddies

Tails:Tom,Maddie we're home

Tom:hey guys umm who's this

Sonic:we found him laying on top of the hill out cold dad this is our new friend Daniel

Tails:Daniel this is our father figure Tom,oh and that's our mother figure Maddie

Maddie:hi so nice to meet you,if you need a place to live you can stay here right Tom

Before I knew what was going on I got dragged to Tails room which turned into our room and now that I'm settled in my new home and room it was time for dinner which was spaghetti and garlic bread and have to admit it was good but the one thing that was a little uncomfortable was the two tailed fox was staring at me so I had to confront him later in our room

Tom:alright you guys ready for bed

Tails:yeah night guys

Sonic:night little bro

Now that all of us were in our rooms I got out of bed and asked Tails what I wanted to know

Daniel:hey fox you awake

Tails:(chuckles) it's Tails Daniel and yeah I'm still awake what's up

Daniel:I noticed you were staring at me during dinner,I was wanting to know why

Tails started to cry so I sat next to him on the bed and rubbed his back

Daniel: I'm sorry that came out wrong I'm not used to conversations with others

Tails:I it's o ok I just just never met anyone my age a and

Daniel:hey again I'm sorry fo um Tails,and you can tell me because I could use a friend like you

Tails:(sniffs) really,you mean that

I nodded and he tackled me with a hug which made me laugh
Daniel:ok ok let me up,so you can tell me why you did stare at me for am I interesting to you or something and like I said we can be friends

Tails:ok well um I find you attractive and very cute,Daniel I like you very much

Daniel:and by like you mean love

He nodded and looked away,so I gently made him look at me and we kissed after pulling away I went to my bed and he surprised me by saying

Daniel:Night furball we'll discuss this in the morning ok

Daniel: I do like you so don't overthink it ok
