Phoebe sips on her tea as she watches Charlie run off, completely mesmerized by his from bouncing away from her. When she first saw him, in short black shorts, a black tank top and bright neon orange shoes, she didn't recognize him. His long curly black hair was put up into a bun, and he looked very serious. It wasn't until she saw his arm tattoo that she realized it was her friend from the wine shed.
After she called him over, she was taken aback by how tall he was. She knew he seemed tall inside the shed, but she didn't know he was this tall. The shed was pretty small, and she wasn't really observing him all that much, so when she actually did see him in a normal setting, he looked huge. He seemed a little different at her house than he did at the wine shed, but that could just be because he wasn't working. She wasn't sure what the change was, but she didn't bother to think too much about it, because she saw the boys pull in the driveway.
Happy that her friends were back, and that she had exciting news to tell them, she jumped off the porch and ran to meet them getting out of the car.
"Helloooo my boys!" Phoebe greeted them excitedly. She immediately opened the back door to start helping with taking the groceries inside.
"Hiii Pheebs, what has you so happy?" Lucy questioned while stifling her laugh at her friends surprising excitement.
"Yeah did we miss something exciting?" Julien questions, taking a few bags from Phoebe's hand and more from the back seat of her Ford Bronco. Julien and Phoebe always had a silent contest to see who carried more bags in. Lucy definitely took notice to it, but never said anything because she hasn't had to carry groceries in for a very, very long time.
"Well our friend Charlie, the wine expert, stopped by and invited us to his house party tonight," Phoebe starts, gauging her friends to see what they thought so far, "and he also invited us to play some songs tonight." Phoebe finishes, hoping to see the same excitement on her friends faces.
She wasn't let down.
"Oh hell yeah, let's do it!" Julien exclaimed, exciting to be able to show off their talents to more people.
"Yes I am definitely on board for that, it'll be our first official time going out since we got here, we are long over due for that in my opinion." Lucy said, excited to be able to dress in something other than sweatpants and moccasins.
"YES I am so glad you guys are on the same page as me. Let's get these inside so we can get ready!" Phoebe exclaimed, already half inside the house. The spend the next hour putting away groceries, listening to music and getting ready for their first time out in a long time. They were all excited to finally hang out with Charlie, and to have something to do instead of sit around at the house like they had been doing the past week.

"Do you think we should call him before we just show up?" Julien asked the boys as she slid into the drivers seat.
"Nah, it's a house party in the middle of town, I'm sure people just randomly show up at any given time." Lucy says, touching up her red lipstick in the car mirror.
"Yeah it would probably be lame to text him, I don't wanna seem lame." Phoebe said as she picked a few songs for the drive there.
"You trying to impress someone, Phoebes?" Lucy said, looking over her shoulder and smirking at Phoebe.
Phoebe scoffed and shook her head, but didn't say anything. She wasn't trying to impress him, she just didn't want to seem lame. Julien pulled out of their drive way and onto the road, and they sang along to HARDY the whole way to Charlie's house. It was their guilty pleasure.
