The start part 2.

Kiera's POV

"Ugh. I hate writing stupid essays for this dumb job! I shouldn't have ever became an assistant teacher. I swear I'm quitting after we finish building this stupid restaurant!" I said, angrily sipping my glass of apple juice afterwards.

I then picked up my phone, and realized that it was 11:30. I gasped dramatically and ran into my personal bathroom.

"Crap, this isn't chris cross applesauce!!" I yelled, turning on the shower. Once it was warm enough, I hopped in.

After about 10 minutes, I was done showering, so I grabbed my phone and went into my room. I then opened my phone and shot a text to our group chat.

"guys be ready by 11:55!" I typed, then sent it. After, I got up and entered my walk-in closet.

"Hmm..what to wear today?" I whispered to myself. I decided to grab a light pink oversized shirt, some blue jean shorts, white socks, and my classic white airforces. I then grabbed two bracelets, one white, one pink, and some chunky white headphones.

"Perfect! I think i'll wear a dress tomorrow." I said to myself again. I then checked my phone, to see that it was 11:50, so I closed my closet door and ran downstairs.

"Kiera, hey! You're the last one to get down here. Is everyone ready to leave now?" Jaiden asked, dangling the car keys on his pointer finger.

"Darn!! Yeah I'm ready, let's go." I said, sighing heavily. We all then walked into the garage, and got into Jaiden's black car.

"Lemme get the aux, Meep!" Axel said, not waiting for an answer before grabbing the cord. He then plugged his phone into it, connecting it, and it started to play "One kiss" By Dua Lipa.

"Eugh, I HATE this song!!" Tay said, sticking his tongue out. I rolled my eyes and went back to fixing my hair.

After a few minutes, we arrived to the building. Everyone got out of the car, and I led the group to the door.

I knocked on it three times before a man with tan skin, brown curly hair, and a suit opened it. I waved to him.

"Hi, you guys must be the buyers?" He asked. We all nodded.

"Yup! I'm kiera, and these are my friends! Pink hair is Axel, blondie is Tay, brown hair is Jaiden, and the ginger is Carlos!" I said, introducing us all.

"Nice to meet you all. I'm Ethan, come on in!" He said, stepping out of the way so we could all walk in.

"So, I'll give you all a look around, and then we'll talk about payments." He said.

"Sounds great!" Axel said, smiling.

"Lovely, follow me!" Ethan responded, leading us forward.

Flashforward

"Alright, and that's the whole building. How are we feeling about the place?" Ethan asked all of us.

"I think we could totally give this place a fixer upper!!" Axel said, giving two thumbs up.

"Yeah, this place totally has potential." Jaiden agreed, nodding his head.

"That's great! Now we can talk about payments." Ethan said, pulling out a clipboard from absolutely nowhere.

"Guys, I'll do the payments since i'm the smartest here." Jaiden said, walking over to where Ethan was standing. I pulled my credit card out of my pocket and handed it to him.

"Here, use this to pay." I told him. He nodded and him and Ethan both walked away to a different room.

"I'm so excited for when we get rich and become famous. I'm obviously gonna be famous for being pretty." I said, putting my hands on my hips.

"Nuh uh!!! I'll be famous for being handsome cause I'm big and strong!" Tay said, waving his finger around while flipping his hair.

"Yeah sure, whatever fathead." I said, rolling my eyes at him.

"You're both GOOFBALLS!!" Carlos said with a touch of sass.

"I know right! So immature, unlike us adults!" Axel said, putting his hand on Carlos's shoulder.

"Okay guys! I'm done paying, the place is all ours!" Jaiden announced, walking back into the room, Ethan walking in behind him.

"Have fun with the place, I'd love to be one of your customers when you open up." Ethan said smiling.

"Here's the keys to the place by the way." He said, handing me a rusty old looking key.

"I'll be on my way now." Ethan said one last time before leaving the building.

"Okay..well now that that's over, can we go home?" Carlos asked.

"Yeah sure, we'll work on this place tomorrow. Does 12:30 work for you guys?" Jaiden questioned all of us. We all agreed on returning to the building at that time. We then left and went home.
