Chapeter 2: Future Years are Here Past Ones are Gone

Years pass as the day becomes night the girl keeps her secret and learn how to control her freezing ice, while making friends from her first friend when she arrived at the temple's mountain. He was very cheerful and cheeky. Her first friends name was Named Sun Wukong, soon he introduced the girl to his friend named Lu'ir Mihou or six eared macaque, she grew to know these two closely with out them knowing that she could talk. Out of the three of them Astrid, knew there secrets the most do to the monkeys thinking she can't talk. As time passed they made new friends. All enjoyed themselves on flower fruit mountain.

"HAHAHAHA" a laugh erupted out from monkey king as he watch macaque fall for his prank. Astrid of coarse being 'mute' and watch as macaque slowly started to laugh as well, Astrid watching from a distance smiled at them slowly a lion came from behind Astrid, she turned around and saw him and gave him a smile. Using her magic she spelled words in the sky saying " hi Azure"  " hello Astrid watching macaque and wukong?" Said Azure the lion. She only nodded and went back to watching them.
"Do you wanna help me make food for when we eat? We need it since we're going up against the heavenly realm soon." She again nodded got up and went to help make food. With Azure talking as they both cooked. Azure looked like he wasn't the talking type and wasn't, but with Astrid he was cause she was 'mute' and could. It tell anyone. She didn't mind listening to Azure in fact she enjoyed it a lot, she was much more a of a listener than a speaker.

After cooking dinner, Astrid made a bird of ice to get the others, while Azure and Astrid set up the table with food and such,
A lot of fruits and fruit soups later... everyone was laughing except for Astrid she tried hard not to and succeeded since she has been through years of holding in her laugh and looking like she wasn't holding it in it was easy for her.

"You know it is interesting how a witch looks so human meanwhile they are nothing alike." Said a bird named Peng. Everyone agreed to this as well. "And we have the best witch in the whole world and celestial realm." Said Wukong. "Mind showing us some Astrid? Said macaque. Evan though he has seen it so many times before he can't help but be fascinated by it, it look beautiful in so many ways, "oh oh! Show us sum please pretty please it looks so cool how you do it with the ice things!" Wukong said as he was sitting in front of Astrid, he loved her magic a whole lot, he always tried to replicate it but always failed, no matter what he did along with how she used it to heal him when both of them were younger, he always got into trouble and always getting hurt when both of them were younger, but Astrid always healed him back to health with her ice.

Astrid got up and nodded while smiling, with a flick of the wrist she made ice along with snow and making a show DBK, Peng, Azure, Yellow Tusk, Macaque and Wukong to look in awe of her magic as they ate and watched, Astrid got there plates and gave them more food with the help of her ice of course, Astrid had already finished her food as she was full and being amused by how they were all awe struck as they watched the simple magic tricks, after the show and finishing there food they all went to sleep except for three of the sworn brothers and sister Sun Wukong, Macaque and Astrid. All looking up at the stars "I  can't wait for tomorrow! Thats the day we stand up to that silly emperor and his silly rules." Said Wukong "heh tomorrow will be life changing and soon we will be the strongest out of everyone." Said the raven furred monkey. Astrid just looked at the stars while listening to the two.

Tomorrow. Everything is going to change it worried Astrid as she had a feeling this was going to end in her defeat with her team. Evan if she felt that way she looks at the stars and then her sworn brothers and wondered "Why do we have to fight? All just cause we don't like a rule? This is wrong but... I trust Sunny has a plan to go about this hopefully..." Astrid knew fate like the back of her hand especially after her mothers passing she knew that fate will not be on her side in this battle all she had were her brothers here in this war just what will happen tomorrow she wonders.

Fate along with destiny, past and present will decide her fate in this battle.

I am sorry for not posting for so long, I will try to keep on posting from now on let me know if you want to know Astrid's friendship with the squad and I will make a page in this book about it.
