Throughout the almost two years of their relationship, Harry had gathered some very important information on what Draco liked and what he loved. He loved watching the man that he had fallen in love with, noticing his different tics.

Like when he would try and hide his smile when he thought Harry was being funny, or how he would go the extra mile to make sure that Harry had enough blankets on a cold winter's night.

How his eyes would light up every time that Harry bought him a surprise gift, and the way that he preferred wearing Harry's shirts after a long hot relaxing bath. Not the snob that he wanted people to think he was.

He often referred to Harry as a sentimental sap, but Harry knew that his boyfriend was all that and more. And he loved him for it. He wanted to do something for Draco that went beyond all his normal, and when he finally realized what it was, he started his planning.

Based on everything that he found endearing in the blond, he went to the one person who knew Draco well, Pansy, and asked her if she would help him in his quest.

Harry wanted to take their relationship to the next level. He shuddered at the thought that Draco would one day get bored of him, and cringed at the idea that another man would have the opportunity to touch him. He vowed to make that never happen.

And there was only one way to do that.

Draco had noticed that Harry was up to something, and he had started to worry. He knew in his heart that Harry would never be unfaithful, but there was something that was keeping his boyfriend away from home for hours at a time.

He normally had no problem with this, because he knew that Harry would always be a wanted man, in his professional and personal life, but that alone did nothing to curb his worry.

Small things like when he walked in on Harry, it seemed like he was daydreaming, and when Draco would ask if he was all right, his boyfriend would only nod his head and remain quiet. And Harry Potter wasn't the quiet type.

He was loud and brutish, and dammit if he wasn't gorgeous while being those things. So, what was going on. He was going to ask his best friend Pansy, if she knew anything.

It was a few days before their two year anniversary came up, and he needed to know if Potter was up to anything nefarious. Not that he suspected he was, but the man was acting very strange, and that terrified Draco.

He knocked on his friend's door with his knuckles, hoping that she would know that this was urgent. He hadn't told her that he was coming over, and didn't even know if she was at home.

She opened the door and screeched out, "Draco!!!", and hugged him tight while he was still standing outside.

"To what do I owe the pleasure of being paid a visit by my best friend?", she asked and invited him in.

She saw the look of worry on his face, and knew that it had something to do with Harry.

"Can't I just come and say hello?", he sneered back.

She rolled her eyes at him. "We both know that you never just come and say hello Draco", she said raising a well groomed eyebrow at him.

He sighed. She knew him too well.

"Fine", he said.

"Shall I make some tea or does this call for something stronger?".

"No, tea is fine".

She put the kettle on with magic and sat down on a chair at the breakfast nook. She actually knew what was coming, but had given her word to Harry that she wouldn't say anything to anyone. And for a young lady who loved gossip, how was that going to be achieved.
