" huh ? " I gawked with my eyes plastered on the phone that laying on the wooden dock without its owner.

I shook when my phone suddenly ring in the middle of tense situation. There was an unknown number that displayed on my screen.
/beep/
" h-hello ? "
I was waiting the answer from this unknown caller until I heard a footstep that came from my back, I turned quickly and there I finally meet the devil with Dahyun being blindfolded, but wait.. something is off.. why she doesn't move ?
" what did you do to her " I tried so hard to look tough but it seems like he could smell my fear.
" you came " he sang out playfully. of course I came ! for my friend's sake !
" n-now I'm here, let her go " I forced my trembling voice out so hard and I only got a mischievous grin from him that made me uneasy.
" let her go ? hm .. I never mentioned that darling " he pulled out his gun and put it on Dahyun head.
" NO-"
/ BANG /
I dropped on my knees, couldn't believe for what I just witnessed. He blasted her head .. how could he .. I'm here just like he asked ! what did I do wrong ?!
" what did- you just- why?! " I cried out at him.
" I never mentioned anything about her " he said it with ease, led his steps towards me.
" but- you said if I came-"
" I'll set you free ~ I never mentioned anything about your friend " he cut me before I could continue.
" Bu-t t-the casket ? you did say it ! " My lips quivered along with tears that streamed down like a waterfall.
He bent down to my level and grab the full strands of my hair, forcing me to face him.
" even if I give her... I never mentioned I'll give her back to you.. alive " he grinned at me.
This man is unbelievable !
He's mad !
I need to escape !
I thrashed in his hold and screaming uncontrollably, he got pissed by it and pushed me down hardly to the ground. I backed away, almost made myself falling of the deck.
